スタッフの方の対応はとても良かったです
朝食が無料て頂けるのはありがたいです

Cons:

12階まであり客室も多いにも関わらず、エレベーターが1基とは非常に不便。
待ちの時間が、かなりありました。また非常階段も朝のみ使用可では、不安です。
またツインの部屋も他のHOTELより狭く、荷物を広げたりする際やりずらい
枕が硬く寝づらい

とても充実しました。ありがとうございます。

フロントの方がとてもテキパキとしていて良かった。駅からも近いし、裏にコンビニもあってとても良かった。

Cons:

設備の問題なので仕方がないですが、隣の方の話し声が終始聞こえていました。接客や、お部屋の清潔さなどは、最高でしたが少し気になってしまいました。
朝食の時に、1番早い時間に行ったので、食事を取ってから席についてくださいとアナウスがありました。みなさんしたがっていましたが、少し時間が経ってから、日本人でない方が、マナーを守っていなかったので、周りの方も私もざわつきました。なので、注意書きもあったかもしれませんが、机にそのような注意書きを置いたり、貼るなどした方が良いかなと思いました。
