Great and accesible location for tourists away from Tokyo crowds
Pros:

The location was perfect! It's a few mins away from the Saitama Shintoshin station and Cocoon City which makes it so accessible. The staff were all so extremely helpful and made our stay so pleasant. Even the checkin and checkout experience was seamless. The breakfast was simple, but very well prepared and delicious!

Cons:

A small note to maybe increase the number of pillows in the room to match the number of occupants. We were 4 in the room but there were only 2 pillows, we did request for 2 additional and were given immediately so still a win!
