駅から近かった
食堂が狭い
地下鉄祇園駅からのアクセスが最高でした。朝食も良かった。
シャワーの温度調節がなかなかうまくいかなかった。
駐車場の事前予約ができて利用できた事
バストイレが狭かった。トイレの流すスイッチがグラグラだった。
可もなく不可も、あまりなかった。
前泊者が喫煙で、残臭があり不快
こちらの都合で部屋を変えてもらったが、運よく１室残っていたこともあるがスタッフの親切な対応で助かった。それが設備スペースを挟んだ２ベッドルーム。初めての経験だったが結構よかった。もし下記の”良くなかった点”が別部屋であっても同じ状態であれば対応できるのであまり気にはしていない。
他部屋は知らないが、運悪く古いためか給水給湯カランの温度調整に難があった。あらかじめ湯の温度を調節したのち約５分後見に行って温度を確かめたところほぼ水温度になっていた。ただ、何回か見に行って満足できる温度と湯量には出来た。
立地が駅に近い。
スリッパは、使い捨てにしていただきたい。フロントで買うのは分かりましたが。それなら料金をその分あげて欲しいです。
地下鉄駅の出口のそば。チェックインがスムーズ。清掃スタッフが丁寧で親切。

洗面所に汚いタオルが置きっぱなしだった
シャワーを浴びている時、何回も水になり
時間がかかって非常に嫌な思いをした
シャワーの勢いが弱い
朝食の時間を確認してなくて、食べられなかった事がちょっと残念…自分が悪い！
浴室の入り口にかなりの段差が有り、年配者には危ない感じがした
