期待通りのクオリティ
Pros:

スタッフの対応が心地よかったです。夜遅くに到着しこちらが疲れていてまともに愛想を返せなかったことが申し訳ないくらい笑顔で丁寧に説明して下さいました。施設も全て東横インクオリティでピカピカで綺麗でした。朝ごはんもたくさん用意されていて嬉しかったです。

Cons:

シャワーヘッドに軽く擦れば取れるようなこびり付き汚れがチラホラ…。前の人はどんな使い方したのか…。シャワーヘッドは特に使うので衛生チェックして頂きたかったです。

チェックイン・アウト時に声かけがあり接客は完璧でした。
Pros:

朝食のおにぎりが美味しく種類が豊富でつい食べすぎました。
ベッドの硬さと広さがちょうどよかった。

Cons:

シャワーを浴びようと風呂場を見たとき、浴槽に毛が2本落ちていました。髪の毛らしきもと陰毛でした。
気持ちが悪かったので熱湯消毒しました。
誰しも見落としはあるのでしょうがないですが、浴槽は念入りにチェックして欲しいと思います。
あとはビジホあるあるですが、隣の部屋に泊まっている人のいびきが凄くうるさくて中々寝付けませんでした。
