チェックイン・アウト時に声かけがあり接客は完璧でした。
Pros:

朝食のおにぎりが美味しく種類が豊富でつい食べすぎました。
ベッドの硬さと広さがちょうどよかった。

Cons:

シャワーを浴びようと風呂場を見たとき、浴槽に毛が2本落ちていました。髪の毛らしきもと陰毛でした。
気持ちが悪かったので熱湯消毒しました。
誰しも見落としはあるのでしょうがないですが、浴槽は念入りにチェックして欲しいと思います。
あとはビジホあるあるですが、隣の部屋に泊まっている人のいびきが凄くうるさくて中々寝付けませんでした。

ブラックコーヒーのアイスとホットが飲み放題で嬉しかった。朝食はパンやおにぎりの種類が豊富で、味噌汁などの汁物やジュースの選択肢もあり、2歳の息子も大満足。スタッフも親切で安心して過ごせた。

お風呂は年季の入ったユニットバスで、やや古さを感じた。

朝ごはんのお握りの具が多く入っていてとても満足感がありました。

Cons:

東横インがウラにもうひとつあり、自分がどっちからも行けると勘違いし、もうひとつの方に入ってしまった。なので、他県から来た人には、説明をした方が良いと思った。
