Staff molto gentile, in particolare Luca un italiano a cui ci rivolgevamo sempre. Diverse fermate della metro a circa 10 minuti dall'hotel. Colazione sia dolce che salata buona.

Pessima. No máximo, regular. Não recomendo.
Pros:

Quase nada, é apenas perto do centro de Shinjuku, que por acaso é o bairro mais perigoso de Tokyo, não recomendo.

Cons:

Não gostei de quase nada. O hotel não tem um lobby confortável, a equipe é rude e pouco compreensiva. Minha filha estava passando mal, chorando de dor depois do check-out, e a equipe simplesmente disse: não temos nenhum lugar para ela deitar, só se comprarem mais uma noite no hotel.
