the location was great and the room was clean.

Cons:

the facilities i didn't like is that the sink is outside of the toilet, and there's no more bidet spray. the air conditioner needs to be service/fixed. Also the shower drainage needs to be fixed or unclogged where the water isn't going down smoothly and we have to clean outside the shower room due to overflowing

Absolutely amazing staff, clean and comfortable.

Cons:

This accommodation lacks very basic and essential amenities. There is no microwave or toaster provided in the room, and guests are not allowed to have them. Additionally, the hotel does not offer any kitchen or shared space where guests can warm up or prepare food.

This makes longer stays extremely inconvenient, as there is no way to heat or prepare meals. For a hotel, this is a significant limitation that should be clearly communicated to guests before booking.

There's roadworks ongoing at the main road, so rooms facing the main road had noises through the night. It's not under the hotel's area so it's out of their control.
