Pros:

Accommodating front desk and outside office hours request. Having the elevators helped with moving luggage up to higher floors. Too cold to hit the pool but that looked nice as well.

Overall very enjoyable and comfortable.
Pros:

Very comfortable bed and lovely hot showers.

Cons:

There was on plug in the bathroom basin. It didn't require a detachable plug, but instead required a plug attachment that should have been inserted. It meant that we couldn't fill the bathroom basin for washing and shaving (my husband)

Pros:

Location, very close to the CBD and Northbridge, but still far enough that it wasn't too noisy.

Cons:

We have stayed a few times before and the stays have always been good. The apartment that was allocated to us this time is starting to show the signs of age - mould on the bathroom ceiling and the couch is looking tired.
I would certainly stay again, but maybe some of those things can be addressed.
