Pleasant n approachable Nearby to the city n buses
Pros:

Personable service.
Prompt supply of info n necessary items upon request
Owner lent n then gave an oil fr HK she uses for aches n pains - she recommended me to use it upon hearing I was having some pains in my wrists n arms.

Cons:

Right car park space - a challenge to park big cars as other gate wasn’t open most times so had to negotiate tight space to turn car around

Great location, reasonably priced, stayed 3 nights.
Pros:

Location was great. Great little Vietnamese supermarket across the road! Free parking was a bonus. Pool looked nice, unfortunately weather too cold to test it out. Easy check in and check out.

Cons:

Communication was a bit poor. I booked for 2 adults and 1 child. There was no linen (sheets, blanket, towel) for my child to sleep on the sofa bed. I text the caretaker and messaged the hotel but received no response from either. The next morning I asked the caretaker and she was very apologetic and supplied the linen.
No soundproofing, I was woken up at 2am by the couple in the unit above moaning and groaning 🙈
Shower was not very clean and drain needs unclogging. Bathroom tap was very stiff and poorly positioned (water flows onto vanity when washing hands).
