Excellent location!
Pros:

Excellent location, cosy hotel with very friendly staff. The room was as it was presented on the photos. We stayed for a week with my partner and we recommend you to choose with breakfast option because the breakfast was great. What we appreciated the most is that we could have coffee and water during our stay as much as we wanted free of charge.
The hotel is the perfect choice if you want to explore Paris by foot. The hotels is few steps from Printemps and Galeries Lafayette at blv. Haussmann and also 5 minutes walk from Opera Garnier and Madeleine.

Cons:

Everything was perfect. When Paris we would always choose this hotel.

Pros:

The hotel's location is excellent. The staff were friendly, and the room was quite large and clean. We would definitely choose it again when we return.

Cons:

The breakfast consisted of the same items every day. Since we stayed for six days, we honestly wanted to try some different options.

Très bon séjour
Pros:

Chambre spacieuse, avec tout le confort nécessaire (et climatisée). Le personnel est très sympathique et l'hôtel très bien situé. Bon rapport qualité/prix.

Super locatie, met goede hygiëne en ook goed ontbijt.
Pros:

De plek, het hotel zit op een fijne plek met heel veel dicht in de buurt. De Seine veel verschillende restaurants en winkels dichtbij en goed bereikbaar. Goed personeel, ze zorgde erg goed voor de kamer ontvangst en ontbijt. Extra dank aan Naima!

Cons:

Indeling badkamer, er zit een bad in. Daardoor is de ruimte voor toilet en wastafel beperkt.

Cons:

Igiene e pulizia, hotel molto vecchio, colazione terribile. Per colazione non c’era gran che da mangiare e tutto di bassa qualità, l unica cosa mangiabile dei mini coissant surgelati. Avendo pagato 934 euro per 3 notti mi aspettavo moooolto di più

Perfect location, not perfect price but I would recommend for my next trip.
Pros:

Location Location Location!
Close to EVERYTHING and still in a quiet street.
Beds were also very comfortable but the third bed in the triple room, was quite narrow.
The 24h free coffee facility was also a bonus!
All 3 rooms we booked were also very spacious for Paris standards.

Cons:

No value for money, although other central accommodations were more expensive....
The breakfast was very basic and rather pricey (€16), but there are numerous places around.
The hotel is rather old and it's obvious. Nevertheless, it was in a descent condition and everything worked well.
