• Early check-in and late check-out policies: The check-in time is 3:00 PM. Check-in before that hour must be booked the night before. The check-out time is at noon. Check-out after that hour must be booked the night before. Until 5:00 PM, guests must pay 50% of the last night´s rate. After 5:00 PM, guests must pay 100 % of the last night´s rate.
• Please note that based on local tax laws, all Argentinian citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (VAT) of 21%. Only foreigners who pay with a foreign credit card, debit card, or via bank transfer are exempt from this 21% additional fee (VAT) in accommodations and breakfast when presenting a foreign passport or a foreign ID along with a supporting document handed by the national migrations authority, if applicable
• This property will preauthorize the guest card for the amount correspondent to one night of stay , this preauthorization will be done once the period of free cancellation is over.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Muy cómodas las habitaciones y el lugar es excelente
La atención del personal sobre todo en horarios de madrugada. No me trataron correctamente y hasta con un poco de desprecio, quizá fue solo mi parecer pero no me sentí muy cómodo. En horarios diurnos no tuve ningún inconveniente, al contrario, me trataron muy amablemente.

El personal fue muy amable, nos atendieron muy bien, la habitación hermosa y baño de lujo de puro mármol, la vista desde la habitación tenia una hermosa vista a la ciudad y de costado un poco de vista al rio. El desayuno completo con variedad y muy muy rico todo.
Solo había dos almohadas en la habitación y algo bajitas quizás para el confort agregaría una almohada más para cada uno.

las instalaciones en general. Tienen todo el glamour que corresponde a un hotel de esa categoría. El personal excelente.
Perdieron muchos de los "amenities" que uno espera en un hotel de esta categoría. Solo un agua de cortesía, si pedís otra te cuesta U$D 6 por botella, en el spa te da solo una toalla y en los vestidores no hay de reposición. Todo lo que se te ocurra te facturan aparte a precios altos, solo algunos ejemplos: cafetera Nespreso en habitación (con cartuchos de marca básica) mas caros que un muy buen café en la calle, cochera U$D 60 por dia, etc. En la tarifa solo esta incluido el alojamiento y nada mas que puedas esperar de un hotel de esta categoría.
