• Please note that twin, queen, or king size may accommodate guests in different types of bedding. Guests must tell in advance which kind of bedding they would prefer. Only the Deluxe Suite can accommodate extra beds.
• Early check-in and late check-out policies: The check-in time is 3:00 PM. Check-in before that hour must be booked the night before. The check-out time is at noon. Check-out after that hour must be booked the night before. Until 5:00 PM, guests must pay 50% of the last night´s rate. After 5:00 PM, guests must pay 100 % of the last night´s rate.
• Please note that based on local tax laws, all Argentinian citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (VAT) of 21%. Only foreigners who pay with a foreign credit card, debit card, or via bank transfer are exempt from this 21% additional fee (VAT) in accommodations and breakfast when presenting a foreign passport or a foreign ID along with a supporting document handed by the national migrations authority, if applicable
• This property will preauthorize the guest card for the amount correspondent to one night of stay , this preauthorization will be done once the period of free cancellation is over.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. 1. Localização e segurança: excelentes. Puerto Madero é uma região muito bonita, agradável e segura para caminhar.
2. Café da manhã: simplesmente espetacular, com grande variedade e produtos de altíssima qualidade. Destaque especial para o Emilio e o Roberto, cuja atenção e simpatia fizeram toda a diferença.
3. Apartamento: impecável, digno de um hotel 6 estrelas. Acabamentos de altíssimo padrão, com destaque para o piso de mármore Carrara aquecido na área molhada, um detalhe que demonstra o nível de excelência do hotel.
4. Lazer: piscina climatizada excelente e uma jacuzzi com spa ampla e de primeira qualidade.
5. Atendimento: absolutamente impecável, do check-in ao check-out. Todos os funcionários foram extremamente cordiais e profissionais, muito acima da média. Um agradecimento especial à Paola, que realizou nosso check-in com uma receptividade extraordinária. Se ainda não ocupa um cargo de liderança, certamente reúne todas as qualidades para isso.

Estuvimos en el sky bar. No fue buena la experiencia. Hicimos reserva con tiempo, sin embargo nos dieron una mesa muy baja para cenar, nada cómodo para una salida romántica. El resto correcto.
La habitación es muy amplia, el hotel tiene una zona de spa muy rica para disfrutar, el lugar del desayuno muy lindo y l atención de Adrián en el desayuno y de todo el equipo maravillosa.

Muy cómodas las habitaciones y el lugar es excelente
La atención del personal sobre todo en horarios de madrugada. No me trataron correctamente y hasta con un poco de desprecio, quizá fue solo mi parecer pero no me sentí muy cómodo. En horarios diurnos no tuve ningún inconveniente, al contrario, me trataron muy amablemente.
