Pros:

The best view!! and good food in restaurant.
Easy to the a walk randonne among the vineyards.

Cons:

Some rooms need to be renovated/ger a better bed and aircondition.
You have a lovely garden and area /
you should maintain this. And keep away old leaves, do the garden it’s such a lovely place.

Can recommend this place/ easy to go for a walk between vineyards
Pros:

Best view of lake , mountains inbetween green vineyards.
Very nice restaurant.

The spa and the view.

Cons:

We felt urged to eat at the restaurant and book the spa by receptionist. The restaurant had gluten free options on the menu and insisted that the risotto was gluten free. Having coeliac disease and realizing that the gluten free risotto was full of rye, wheat and barley was shocking. Particularly at a four star hotel. The staff repeatedly confirmed it was gluten free then finally conceded it wasn't. We still had to pay for the meal and no apology came. Back at reception, the receptionist said "they tell me to send everyone to the restaurant"... Poor quality of service and client care and hygiene. Shame.

Pros:

We had an amazing time at the hotel. The view was absolutely astonishing, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the place was perfectly clean. Everything was just wonderful.

Cons:

If I had to mention one thing I didn’t like, it would simply be that we didn’t have more days to spend there! 🥰

Pros:

L’emplacement, la vue est absolument incroyable et époustouflante, c’est clairement le gros point fort de l’établissement. Le cadre du bar et du restaurant est également superbe, avec une atmosphère très agréable.

Cons:

L’accueil était cordial, sans être particulièrement chaleureux ou mémorable. La chambre était assez petite avec un mobilier vieillissant. Pour des voyageurs peu exigeants cela peut convenir, mais honnêtement on est loin du standing attendu d’un hôtel 4 étoiles, notamment au niveau du service et des prestations générales. La qualité des plats, des cocktails et du service ne suit pas vraiment, surtout au vu des prix pratiqués que nous avons trouvés excessifs pour l’expérience proposée.

Nice hotel with a great view, however expensive for what you get.
Pros:

Nice place with a great view. Big, cosy rooms. Nice staff.

Cons:

The terrace bar was not open even though it said it would be on their website. Staff was in the bar but wouldn’t serve customers. The view from the bar was a big part of why we chose the hotel. Breakfast was alright, but not worth the price. Same goes for the spa.

atemberaubend über dem Genfersee !
Pros:

atemberaubende Lage über dem Genfersee, sehr gutes Frühstück und Dinner im Restaurant

Cons:

wenngleich das Hotel (Zimmer und Gänge) nicht mehr ganz modern ist, stimmte das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis und dem Komfort
