Poor value for money. Only the view

location was fantastic with great view from the deck (when we were allowed to access)

Cons:

The deck with the view is the highlight! on Saturday, we were not even allowed to access (except breakfast) because of an event. So the room is expensive because o the view but customers were only allowed to access or dinner. As we had dinner there on the Friday already we chose another place or the Saturday and wanted to have a drink. the personal refused the access to the deck.
Because of this private even, we could not park at the hotel. We asked support at the hotel and they said it's like that...
It was 28 degrees on the room. Only an available.
In short, price is by far not justified. you can find much better value for money in the region. As customer, you will rapidly understand the hotel wants to maximize their profit on you, not to offer a good experience.

Le rapport qualité prix n'est pas extraordinaire mais la Suisse, c'est cher....Le restaurant est tres cher pour des plats assez moyens...

Entäuschend. Wenn man den Preis anschaut

Das einzig schöne war die “Bar”… Die aber Abends immer Exklusive Events hatte & für die Hotelgäste kaum platz hatte.

Cons:

Vieles… Erstens viel zu heiss im Zimmer. Die Minibar war so heiss, dass es als Heizung durchgehen könnte
Die Decken waren wohl für den Winter gedacht.
Bad hatte Schimmel an den Wänden. Aussenbereich ohne Liebe oder Fürsorge, auch der Spa bereich ein Witz wir mussten 15.- pro Person pro Stunde zahlen. Null gepflegt… Schlauch noch im Hallenbad und aussen nicht mal Polster auf den Liegen.

Auf dem Balkon standen Nadelbäume, die toter gar nicht hätten sein können. Scheint als ob es niemanden interessiert
sehr schade weil die Lage war super.

Dann kam noch die Parkplatzsituation dazu. Wir hatten keinen als Hotelgäste weil so viele externe die Plätze besetzten…

No hay aire acondicionado y las habitaciones en esta época son demasiadas caliente 33 grados la habitación a las 8 pm

Très beau cadre avec personnel sympathique.
Pros:

Cadre splendide, la chambre en face du lac était top.
Le bar avec cocktail qui donne directement vu sur le lac.

Cons:

Pas assez de prise dans la chambre. Il n’y a meme pas de prise pour la machine à café. Le buffet du petit déjeuner pourrait être amélioré car le prix est cher pour ce qui est proposé.
