Aussicht und Schlafbereich TOP - das Bad hat einige kleine Schwachstellen
Pros:

Die Aussicht ist grandios und die Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet, gemäss den Bildern auf der Homepage.
Der Empfang war herzlich, die Zimmer sauber.
Die Lage mit Blick auf den Genfersee und die Weinreben - unbezahlbar.

Cons:

Das Bad ist leider nicht ganz auf dem besten Stand. Die Duschkabine schloss nicht richtig und der Wasserhahn wackelte.
Dies wird nächsten Winter gemäss der Rezeptionistin jedoch verbessert. Dann ist das Hotel TOP!

Stunning lake view but rooms very hot during the heatwave!
Pros:

- The view from the balcony over the lake was AMAZING - one of the best
- The staff were kind and not intrusive - the atmosphere was relaxed
- the staff were very responsive to questions before we arrived
- My son was able to 'work from home' there with no problem

Cons:

- Although there was a fan in the room, it really needed air-conditioning! It would be difficult to spend time there during the day and it was hard to sleep at night.
- The electrics in the room were very overloaded with extension leads and adapters
- There was a strong drain smell in our room when we returned to sleep
- Not a problem for us but it does seem strange to close the spa for 10 days of maintenance in the middle of August?

Déçu par l’hôtel mais satisfait du paysage
Pros:

La vue sur le lac est le point fort.

Cons:

Les équipements, le lit 2 place ce n’est pas un vrai lit King size mais plutôt 2 lit une place qui sont assembler. Pas de coton ni de dentifrice ni de brosse à dent à la salle de bain. Pas de climatisation. Pour un 4 étoiles c’est pas au niveau.

L’expérience vait la peine :)
Pros:

Le personnel incroyablement gentil. Ils sont fait tout effort nécessaire pour compenser les ponts améliorer que d’ailleurs ne dépendent pas uniquement de leur part mais de la commune selon la compréhension.
Le nourriture du restaurant, gourmet mais excellente qualité !

Cons:

Pas de climatisation pour les périodes plus chaudes.

Pros:

La vue wow! Un frigo dans la chambre c’est un plus. La gentillesse du garçon à la réception pour avoir organisé la location de nos vélos. Merci!

Cons:

Le manque d’air climatisé c’est un gros problème. Il a fait 30 degrés dans la chambre les 2 nuits 🥵. De plus, malgré que c’est probablement écrit sur le site quelque part , à cause des photos sur l’annonce, nous n’avons pas réalisé qu’il y avait un supplément pour utiliser la piscine. Je pense que les clients ne devraient pas payer un supplément. Au pire, l’hôtel devrait ajuster ses prix. En terminant, les lits ne sont pas super confortables.

Hotel at premium location with beautiful views, worth 4*, pricy spa
Pros:

Good: location, beautiful views from room, restaurant and terrace. Modern room. Despite temperature of 30deg in our room the ventilator kept things manageable (we had no airco, I did spot a mobile airco in one other room). Good breakfast with enough choice. Modern spa. Good treatment offerings. Pool size approx 10x4m, separate bubble/jet area, two sauna’s. Good parking inside and outside.

Overall we enjoyed the hotel which deserves its 4* but be aware of spa pricing. You do pay a premium for location and view, you need to decide yourself whether that is worth it to you.

Cons:

Could be better: spa access is charged separately and excessively (20 CHF/p/hr). Although mentioned clearly, I find this unacceptable as two short swims a day would cost you as a small family 120 CHF per day extra (you cannot split a 1hr ticket into 2x30min). Result was also that spa was almost empty. Gym was underequipped (4 machines, no separate weights).

Pros:

素晴らしい景色、レストランやワイナリーの手配を親身に行ってくれたスタッフ

Cons:

エアコンがなく、扇風機のみ。
暑さに耐えられず3泊の予定を1泊に切り替えた。室内の空気もこもりがちで、夜窓を開けても室温は変わらなかった。
