We had a wonderful start to our honeymoon here.
Pros:

The property felt like a resort. Our room had an amazing view of the lake. The town was in a great location but away from all the tourists and madness that was in towns like Bellagio.

Superbe séjour: appartement très confortable et vue exceptionnelle!
Pros:

Très bel appartement donnant sur le lac. Vue exceptionnelle. Appartement spacieux , calme et lumineux avec une grande terrasse.
Piscine très agréable. Restaurant gastronomique. Personnel très pro et sympathique.

Cons:

A améliorer: pas assez d'ustensiles de cuisine dans l'appartement
envisagez des rideaux occultant pour que le réveil ne soit pas trop tôt le matin.

Pros:

La chambre (suite) était formidable avec sa vue et ses équipements ! Le restaurant de très grande qualité, et le staff que ce soit en restauration ou au Front Office, était aux petits soins avec nous, toujours avec le sourire et beaucoup de gentillesse. Un séjour Fantastique !

Lovely location, friendly and very helpful staff.
Pros:

We stayed in one of the lakeside apartments which was on two floors. The accommodation was comfortable although the shower was quite cramped, and we had to ask for an anti-slip mat for the floor, which was very slippery and had a large and awkwardly positioned drain hole. The plugs on both the sink and bidet didn’t function, and weren’t repaired during our 6 night stay. The kitchen area, which was presumably intended to allow self catering, was quite spacious and well equipped but lacked a microwave oven. The hotel breakfasts were very good.

See above. Bathroom fittings not quite up to scratch.

Wow what a fantastic hotel we stayed for my wife’s birthday and booked the junior suite and was completely blown away!
Pros:

10/10 on everything. I cannot fault a single thing about this hotel, the staff, the food, the room but what stood out to us most was the service of the staff and level of quality of the food. The concierge are fantastic, they accommodated a private 3 hour boat tour and even chef made birthday cake for my wife as it was her birthday. Our room was breath taking, right on the lake with our own private pool. Can’t wait to go back would recommend 1000%

Beautiful views, incredibly helpful and accommodating staff
Pros:

Everything went extremely well. Concierge were incredibly accommodating to all requests I made. Parking was perfect, secure but very accessible for hotel guests - and reasonably priced at . Breakfast was great, dinner at restaurante filo was delicious - small portions but reasonably priced for the experience. Short walk (8-10 min) from the ferry station to explore other towns on the lake. I can’t think of any downsides to our stay, everything was perfect.
