Bei unserem nächsten Besuch in Ulm werden wir das Hotel wieder wählen!
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal, Top Lage im Zentrum von Ulm, Parkhaus in unmittelbarer Lage, Zimmer sehr ansprechend und schön gestaltet, Frühstück sehr gut und günstig.

Cons:

Mit dem Auto etwas kompliziert erreichbar.

Ideal gelegenes Stadthotel direkt am Ulmer Münster.
Pros:

Das Einchecken verlief problemlos und schnell. Unser Zimmer in der 1. Etage war schon angenehm temperiert und makellos sauber. Hervorzuheben ist die Lage des Hotels im selben Gebäude wie die Barfüsser Hausbrauerei. Dort wurden wir später am Abend bestens bewirtet. Obwohl sich unser Zimmer direkt über diesem Lokal befand, war die Nacht vollkommen ruhig, die Betten sehr bequem und die Zimmertemperatur dank der Klimaanlage genaur richtig. Obendrein liess sich das Fenster komplett verdunkeln. Auch das Frühstück am Morgen liess keine Wünsche offen. Wir sind mit dem Auto angereist, welches wir in der nahegelegenen Tiefgarage am Rathaus abgestellt hatten. Der Eingang zur Tiefgarage ist ca. 50 m vom Hotel entfernt.

Cons:

Es gibt hier nichts zu meckern.

Leasure trip for the weekend
Pros:

The location, amazing! Right by a bus station and car parking.
The staff was super helpful and friendly.
The room was big, clean, and comfortable.
Great view and peaceful.

Cons:

There is no fridge nor water boiler in the room. For the price I would have liked to have those. The staff did say we can ask to borrow a boiler for the stay.
Parking could be cheaper. It's the rathaus gasthaus and is expensive.

RiKu-Hotel Ulm - unser Favorit für ein nächstes Mal in Ulm!
Pros:

Hervorheben möchte ich die Freundlichkeit des Personals und die wunderbare Service-Orientierung. Sowohl vor als auch nach dem Aufenthalt die gute Erreichbarkeit und das Entgegenkommen bei besonderen Anfragen (Wir hatten z.B. etwas im Hotel vergessen. Es wurde gesucht, gefunden und anstandslos nachgesendet!)

Best location and great service
Pros:

Location is absolutely fantastic - center of the city, across the large public parking, right on top of one of the best beer restaurants (!!) and near the tallest church in Europe. Local shops and bus stop are near the doors, what else do you need? :)

Cons:

I missed the mini fridge in the room.
