Pros:

Very close to station and all attractions - staff at reception were very friendly and helpful - we had junior suites and they were very spacious with good amenities.very reasonably priced for a Geneva hotel

Cons:

Breakfast on the first day was not kept well stocked and fresh there was a young woman in the second day who managed to restock much more efficiently . Some of the communal areas such as staircases were dated and needed more attention to carpet cleaning
