Would Stay Again
Pros:

Very comfortable room, and very helpful and pleasant staff.
James was very welcoming and engaging.

Cons:

Could have been a little cleaner. There were areas of dust, especially the baseboards.

Great location, that’s about it.
Pros:

The location is excellent for exploring central Belfast and the Cathedral Quarter

Cons:

The double bed was two singles. Mattresses were average. The hotel advertised itself as having parking but once booked an email is sent to inform that parking is nearby and at extra cost. Hotel is noisy at night, both hotel bar and street noise.

Pros:

Location was amazing! Nice relaxed atmosphere with good food and drink options. Door staff at night were friendly and made me feel safe

Great location, lovely big room with hairdryer, body wash, fridge, safe and tv. Definitely come back again

Had a short stay for a concert and couldn’t have asked for better, thank you to the lovely staff, this hotel made our st
Pros:

The staff were fantastic so helpful, even gave us rain macs as we were heading to an outdoor concert and had bad weather. Rooms were well equipped, comfortable beds and a great shower. We ate in the restaurant twice and both times food and drinks were excellent.

Cons:

No complaints.

Pros:

The room was design forward but lacked function for travelers: no closets or storage in room; no towel bars in bathroom. No place to lay our suitcases.

Cons:

It was hard to locate for people traveling by car- GPS didn’t work. It’s located in a pedestrian mall area of center city and parking options and access are not straightforward. The common areas of the property were loud - due to ambient noise of visitors and music.
