Perfekt zum Entspannen, Baden, Surfen und ggf. Reiten
Pros:

Wir waren bereits zum dritten mal hier zu Gast. In unseren Augen fast ein Geheimtip in Panama, insbesondere auf der Durchreise in Richtung Bocas del Toro oder Boca Brava (oder zurück). Die Lage direkt am riesigen und immer fast menschenleeren schwarzen Sandstrand mit guten Wellen zum Surfen (insbesondere für Anfänger, Boards können im Hotel direkt ausgeliehen werden) ist einmalig. Mit dem Auto von der Panamericana auch sehr gut und schnell zu erreichen, ohne lange Anfahrt wie z.B. nach Santa Catalina. Die Unterkunft selbst ist sauber und eine sehr nette Pension, gutes Essen, gute Speisekarte, auch preislich eher moderat, schönder Pool, freundliches Personal, Kühlschränke im Zimmer, und es gibt zudem eine Option Reitausflüge zu machen, die auch einmalig sind. Es sind regelmäßig auch einheimische Familien hier zu Gast, da es sich wie gesagt nicht um eine Standard-Location für Touristen zu handeln scheint.
Eindeutige Empfehlung hier ein oder zwei Nächte (oder auch länger wenn man sich am Strand und Pool entspannen möchte) zu verbringen. Für Boots-Ausflüge zu den vorgelagerten Inseln bietet sich allerdings dann doch eher Santa Catalina (Isla Coiba) oder Boca Chica/Boca Brava (Boca brava Archipelago) an, die werden in Las Lajas nicht angeboten, dies hier ist eher zum entspannen (und ggf. Reiten) perfekt.

Prima verblijf om even niks te doen en heerlijk aan de zee te genieten.
Pros:

Kleinschalig resort, maar daardoor voelt het wel gezellig, vriendelijk en overzichtelijk aan. Zwembad is leuk voor de kinderen en het is direct aan het strand. Kamers zijn niet geweldig, maar hier waren we eigenlijk toch alleen maar om te slapen. Voor de rest heerlijk uitgerust en niks gedaan. Echt vakantie. Het eten is hier prima.

Cons:

De kamer, maar dat gaf niet, want je was toch voornamelijk buiten.

Pros:

It was a nice hotel. The room was simple. The food at the restaurant was nice. The Wi-Fi was good as well. It was in front of the beach, so that was the best part about it.

Cons:

They didn't provide any instructions on how to get hot water. Staff get their job done, but don't care too much.
