Quarto com pouca ventilação,porta com maçaneta estragada,sem cuidado, colchão desnivelado,causando desconforto ao dormir.

A localização é excelente, próximo a galerias, restaurantes variados e também da passarela do álcool onde tem feirinha todos os dias e dá para ir à pé sem se cansar. O café era simples mas atende bem.

Cons:

As áreas comuns do hotel me pareceu ok, mas os quartos precisam de manutenção, especialmente o banheiro. Chuveiro sai pouca água, a descarga estava com algum problema, cheiro ruim, a duchinha estava oxidada, nem tive coragem de usar. Não tem secador no banheiro, se quiser usar o do hotel tem que pagar uma taxa de R$10,00. O cofre estava todo enferrujado. A porta do guarda-roupa não fechava completamente. Em dois dias diferentes vi barata morta no chão do restaurante. Os talheres estavam mal lavados.

É na rua do comércio ótima pra comprar e para sair a noite pra comer. Em frente a Americanas.
