Got an upgrade for the first night and was very pleased with the size of the room and the overall cleanliness.
Parking could have been cheaper ideally but there was a small discount for staying as a guest at the hotel.

Spacious room with a good layout. The amenities were good and the staff are very friendly.
Lack of hotel parking, however city park, st John's and a just park car park are close by.

The staff are terrible with customer service. Can’t deal with complaints, can’t even speak to you when you say good evening.
The hotel does not have parking which is advertised. It gives you a discount on a nearby car park but fails to tell you there is a height restriction.
No water in rooms and minimal tea/coffee.
No iron or ironing board in rooms.
