Pros:

O hotel é bem no padrão na rede Ibis, pra mim foi ideal. Um ponto muito positivo é o filtro de água na recepção! Me surpreendeu e foi ótimo não precisar ficar comprando água. Estar dentro do shopping também é excelente.

Cons:

A única coisa que me incomodou foi que o box do banheiro não fechava direito então o banheiro ficava alagado toda vez que tomávamos banho.

Acordei assustado de madrugada com uma sirene do sensor de fumaça ou algum outro equipamento que disparou. Cheguei cansado e isso atrapalhou completamente meu descanso, demorei até conseguir dormir novamente. Isso sem falar na luz forte do sensor piscando na cara do hóspede.
Quando acordei fui tomar banho e não tinha água quente por um problema que ocorreu e só foi solucionado quando estava fazendo o checkout.
O café horroroso, com o local lotado e sem condições. O quarto em si também estava mal conservado.
