The staff were amazing and kind. They were so helpful. My mom didn't speak Japanese too, but they were able to help her when she had a problem. The location was alsp great!!

Pros:

駅前までのアクセスや、周辺店舗などの利便性はとても良いです！スタッフさんの対応も親切丁寧で気持ち良く利用出来ました！

Cons:

今回で3度目の利用になりますが、ある程度施設の経年劣化は仕方ないですが、もう少しだけ水回りなどの詳細な部分へのクレンリネスが行き届くとより良いと感じました。
