Muy rico el sazon de las cocineras, excelente ubicación, todo muy bien, muiy agradable la srita Amelia que hace el aseo, por lo que vimos tienen vigilancia a los automoviles 24/7 eso es excelente.
Lo UNICO malo en general es que les falta ventilación y/o aromatizante a las habitaciones pues huelen mucho a humedad, un olor muy desagradable, yo creo que como estan en clima humedo y todo el dia estan cerrados se genera ese olor tan desagradable. Pedi cambio de habitacion y amablemente me cambiaron a otra que olia un poco menos y es ppor que tenia ventana al patio.
Es un hotel muy práctico, cuenta con lo básico y es muy privado, agua caliente todo el tiempo, los desayunos muy ricos, limpieza diaria, estacionamiento vigilado todo el tiempo, la alberca siempre limpia, aire acondicionado bien instalado y lo mejor, el personal, sumamente amable y servicial.
Hay detalles por el paso del tiempo en espejos que podrían pulirse, y podrían ingeniar algún método para que no se advierta mucho el aroma del drenaje en la planta baja.
El diseño industrial del lugar esta muy padre! Limpio y cómodo
El restaurante muy pequeño, el servicio lento pero la comida buena. Los pasillos muy oscuros.

Hotel ist sehr alt, Zimmern sind nicht komfortabel, es gibt kein Bodenbelag (nur Zement), sieht es wie ein Baustelle. Badezimmer hat statt Waschbecken ein altes Becken die in letzten Jahrhundert für manuelles waschen von Wäsche genutzt wurden, es gibt Kein Kleiderschrank, Armaturen sind mindestens 70 Jahre alt. Das Internet funktioniert nicht. Es wird als 4-Sterne Hotel angezeigt und die Ausstattung trotz Minipool reicht nicht für 3 Sterne. Wir haben 5 Nächten gebucht, konnten wir nicht mehr als 1 Nacht gehalten. Zum Glück haben wir mit Booking gebucht, da Booking hat uns die Stornogebühren erstattet, weil das Hotel sich geweigert hat der Rest der Buchung kostenlos zu stornieren.

Las almohadas eran muy duras
The room is bare bones however it has a charming vibe, as does the rest of the hotel. We found the beds comfy and enjoyed the variety at breakfast. If you're in Veracruz to go beach hoping and don't need luxuries this is a good option. More motel than hotel.
The pools looked a bit cloudy, though our kid still enjoyed them. The malecón is just down the street however not much in walking distance as we hoped.
El hotel está muy céntrico por lo que es fácil moverte a otros puntos, además de la atención de los empleados que son muy amables y el lunes está muy tranquilo por lo que se puede descansar y pasar ratos tranquilos
