Ya no es lo que era antes, no se actualiza sigue caduco y sucio

Los recepcionistas, son los primeros en hacer sentir bien al huésped y la verdad mucho que desear, las instalaciones terribles, no hay nada de mantenimiento ni modernización todo quedó como hace 4 años atrás, antiguo !!

Would’ve book again because of music and staff

It’s a little outdated but very clean

Cons:

Every night super loud music in lobby area. Had to check in but nobody was at the desk and when they finally arrived I could barely understand what they were saying because of the music. Music was also heard in the room until well after midnight

La limpieza estaba en falta, habitaciones no actualizadas para electricidad y conexiones de aparatos tecnológicos, el desayuno muy bajo a malo con productos desechables plásticos y el traslado al aeropuerto mal me dejaron a 25 puertas de mi acceso

The shuttle bus meke me wait more than an hour to pick me up. In the end I had to pay for my own transportation. Plus no deposit refund is done after seven business says.

Un muy buen lugar para descansar después de un largo vuelo

Las habitaciones son muy amplias, baño cómodo y muy bien insonorizadas. Nos tocó una habitación con heladera, microondas y cafetera, pero sin ningún utensilio para cocinar (tampoco estaba ofrecido cuando reservamos)

Cons:

El desayuno tenía pocas opciones, mucho panes y wafles, y huevos revueltos.
La alfombra de los pasillos estaba un poco manchada

El hotel es muy lindo y bien cuidado. La habitación, una suite muy amplia y cómoda. El personal de recepción amable.

Cons:

El traslado del aeropuerto al hotel es hasta las 20, lo que no esta especificado en la página. Llegamos al aeropuerto a las 20y30. Esperamos el ómnibus 40 minutos y no aparecía.. Llamamos al hotel y nos dijeron que el horario de recogida era hasta las 20. Tuvimos que tomar un taxi que salio bastante caro

Nice stay by airport
Pros:

Let me in my huge room hours earlier (11am) than expected no charge because the rooms were ready and I was just looking for a luggage area holding. The restaurants are within 5 minutes walking distance.

Cons:

The restaurant there was closed on Mondays. We had to go elsewhere.
