Cons:

El personal de recepción es déspota y malas personas, pésima la atención, instalaciones viejas y sin mantenimiento, no hay luz en el baño y el desayuno un desastre, mejor no deberían ofrecer nada

Ubicación excelente, buen desayuno y siempre nos atendieron muy bien

Cons:

Me he quedado varias veces en este hotel, pero en esta ultima estancia nos indicaron que realizan aseo en la habitación desde el tercer día, cosa que anteriormente no nos había sucedido y no teníamos la información.

Pros:

The location of the property was very easy

Cons:

The staffs attitude (specifically the black gentleman) the first room I was assigned to smelled like Newports, when I asked to switch rooms due to my child's asthma we were accommodated to move rooms, the second room had dirty walls, & loose knobs on the door, with a microwave with no plate in it!

Good location to breakfast older lady of the two was extremely rude and very unprofessional

Location was good

Cons:

The older breakfast lady was so rude all three days we were there and didn’t speak a word of English and was extremely rude. Just because of her I might stay at a different hotel my next trip.
