Unacceptable and disappointing
Pros:

The first major red flag was we weren't picked up from the airport as promised!! I had to pay $30 to get to the hotel. very disappointed 😞 The sheets were dirty looking as well as the towels,the breakfast was gross and not much of a selection 😕

Cons:

Everything should've been better.

Nice, clean modern hotel for short stay
Pros:

good location, comfy beds

Cons:

transportation to cruise terminal is too expensive through hotel. it was half that for an uber and we thought we would have transportation from the airport, we were not told it was only certain hours

They stole my deposit money. At check-in, they charged my credit card US$147 as a security deposit and assured me that the amount would be refunded after I checked out. However, more than a month has passed since my departure, and I still have not received my refund.

I have contacted the hotel numerous times by phone, email, and through several social media platforms, but they have completely ignored my requests. I also contacted my bank, and they confirmed that no refund has been processed. They explained that if the hotel had issued the refund, there would be a transaction record or confirmation.

Keeping a guest’s security deposit without explanation and ignoring all attempts at communication is completely unacceptable. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this hotel. I expect them to refund my US$147 immediately and respond to their customers professionally.
