Pros:

Een prima tussenstop voor of na bezoek aan het Zion park. Het hotel is nieuwer en stijlvoller dan de meeste keten hotels. Het bed sliep heerlijk en er is een heel leuk zwembad.

Cons:

Het ontbijt was erg minimalistisch, maar voldoende om met een gevulde maag op weg te gaan.

Pros:

Personnel agreable, chambre spacieuse et tres confortable. Piscine magnifique, a l'abri des regards.
Petit dejeuner correct. Dommage qu'il ne soit pas proposé plus de choix en salé (burger a rechauffer au micro onde uniquement) comme dans la plupart des hotels de cette gamme.

We loved Chris, and we loved the view from the 4th floor!

Stay was fine, but next time we would book a hotel closer to Zion NP park.
Pros:

Nice room. Clean. Comfortable. Nice pool and spa.

Not as close to Zion NP as we would have liked. There are closer places to stay which are just outside Zion NP.

Extremely overpriced for the service provided.

The room was spacious

Cons:

We paid approximately $200 per night and reasonably expected the basic level of service associated with that rate. However, our room was not serviced at all during our stay. The bed was not made, the room was not cleaned, the bathroom was not refreshed, and the towels and toiletries were not replaced. At no point during check in or afterward were we informed that housekeeping had to be specifically requested. Had this policy been clearly communicated, we would of course have requested the service.

It was extremely disappointing to return after a long day and find the room exactly as we had left it. Charging guests around $400 for a two night stay while failing to provide even basic housekeeping, without disclosing the hotel’s policy, is simply unacceptable.

The breakfast experience was equally frustrating. We were informed that breakfast was available until 9:00 a.m. However, when we arrived at approximately 9:00 a.m., virtually nothing was left, and staff were already removing the remaining items. If breakfast is advertised as being available until 9:00 a.m., guests arriving at that time should still be able to eat. The hotel should replenish the food throughout the advertised breakfast period and only begin clearing it away after breakfast has officially ended.

Next time I am in the St George area, I will be staying at this hotel-everytime.
Pros:

They are always very clean, Professional at check in and check out, Unfortunately at the end of my stay the entire town power was off, During the power outage the general manager came in from home to help with everything and a big Thank you to him and the staff.

Cons:

Wish Breakfast would start earlier.
