Important information:

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Breakfast is served at The Munch. For children from 6 years of age, breakfast is chargeable at RM 30.00 per child. Additional breakfast is chargeable at RM 50.00 per adult. All children 12 years and above considered as adult.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Dissapointed with my stay. Apartment did not match the service standard.admin staff was pleasent.

I am very disappointed with my stay at Hotel Metra Square. The room was not properly maintained, cleanliness was below expectations, and the overall service was unsatisfactory. Staff response to complaints was slow, and the facilities did not match what was advertised. For the price paid, I expected a much better experience. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this hotel and will not be returning. 😐

For Block C and D, the room is in sort like abandon building. No one properly maintain the building. Shop lots are empty.

The facilities were old, the refrigerator doesn’t work and really smell. The phone was not working as well same goes to the TV. One of the room has a problem with the AC but they told us other rooms were fully booked. Then they offered a room on the 8th where the lift unable to access directly to the 8th we need to go to 9th floor and use the stairs to go to 8th floor. Crazy

is problem hotel..dirty ask to vacuum..vacuum is out of service..tv and refrigerator also out of service..not working at all..this is not hotel..all hotel provide is not in listing in hotel management list ..I suggest if owner of this hotel got no money to run business better to close the hotel..management trit like I never stayed at hotel before..for all who read this review better stop booking this hotel..even hotel offer gd discount and offer Duplex Room....seriously not like hotel and very very disappointed service..
