hotel was excellent with a lovely restaurant. the breakfast was first class with plenty of choice. staff were very friendly and helpful. room overlooked the canal with stunning views. excellent value for money.
nothing not to like
I have stayed here as a solo traveller a few times in different rooms and have been blown away by the food , service and the rooms. I love it. I live in Suffolk so this is a 5 hour journey (to attend Worcester university) and this would be my chosen venue every time if I could. Thank you Browns.

Sumptuous boutique hotel on the banks of the Severn. The complimentary glass of prosecco was a welcome surprise and set the tone from the staff, who couldn't have been more friendly and welcoming.
The room was nice with a very comfortable bed.
Fantastic breakfast and a well-stocked bar completed the stay.
The en-suite door was perspex and lacked privacy as a result. The bathroom was also fitted with motion sensor lights, which seemed to stay on for a long-time at night, but a much less time when in the shower.
Lovely boutique style hotel, with beautiful Restaurant and Bar downstairs, which we wish we had booked, but we didn’t know how lovely it was

We loved staying at Browns and would probably stay there again. It's in a fantastic location, right on the river, and very close to the centre of Worcester and the Cathedral. We had the River Room, with views across the river. As someone with limited mobility, I really appreciated the ground floor room, with Blue Badge parking right outside.
Our room was comfortable, lovely bed linens and a sumptuous feel. The complimentary toiletries, and towels were a lovely quality. There were lots of nice extras in the room, such as a safe, mini fridge, kettle, coffee maker and bottled water.
Staff were super friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We had dinner in the restaurant and this was a real treat. We also had breakfast and the choice was varied and delicious.
Bathroom could have been cleaner and there was black mould all around the seal of the shower base. The shower cubicle was on the small side, and not suitable for someone with limited mobility.
Whilst the bed was beautiful, with crisp, clean bed linen, it was too firm for us, but that of course is subjective, other people may love that!
The staff are fab, efficient and very friendly. The bedrooms are luxurious with crisp white cotton bedding and beautiful large bath sheets. Food is delicious and good quality

Our 2nd visit staying at this hotel, exceptional good value for money, such friendly staff , fabulous breakfast and evening meal and what a lovely touch that you are given a complementary glass of prosecco on arival.
Its a personal choice that we would prefer a walk in shower rather than over a bath, but saying that it was a great one very poweful deluge.
