Great 3 day break at Browns at the Quay
Pros:

Location, staff and food.

Cons:

Broken lift, no assistance offered to get luggage to the 3rd floor, I'm 66 with one lung :-)
The top floor room was very hot.

Wonderful hotel and restaurant
Pros:

Fantastic location and building. Well staffed and all very friendly. Breakfast was 10/10. Price of room and food/drinks was very reasonable.

Cons:

Lack of aircon in the room! For context, when we stayed it was over 30 degrees in the daytime and not much cooler at night. In normal circumstances I don't think the lack of aircon would be a big problem, there was a fan in the room.

Excellent stay
Pros:

Its out second stay at this fabulous hotel in a different room however still
comfortable and immaculate with riverside view. Friendly pleasant staff. Superb breakfast and excellent evening meal and presentation. This clearly is one of the best hotels we've stayed in in Worcester and will definitely be returning in the future :)
