Location, modern and clean

Cons:

Lack of car parking for hotel residents. However, the Copenhagen car park was a good location to the hotel. Slight downside was the reception nobody there despite ringing the bell the bar staff just ignored me until I asked if there was anyone available to check me in.

Very enjoyable!
Pros:

Fabulous room with balcony overlooking the river. Very efficient and friendly staff. Great restaurant ! Very close to Worcester cathedral - lovely short walk along the river. Superb location.

Great hotel, I hope to go back.
Pros:

My room was well decorated, clean and tidy. Everything worked. The staff were friendly and professional. The food was excellent. The location is excellent, right on the river and a short walk to central Worcester and the cathedral.

Cons:

There is no parking at the hotel and you have to park in a public car park that is a very short walk away on foot but much further by car.

It would have suited me better if breakfast started at 7.30am rather than 8am, as it made everything rushed to get to my morning appointment in Malvern.

Great hotel on the river with first class restaurant.
Pros:

Right on the river with an excellent restaurant. Room is very nice, shower is super powerful. Breakfast and dinner were so good that we came back after we had checked out to have lunch. Bed is very comfortable. Amenities are good.

Cons:

Shower is very small and room is not very sound proof. No private parking.
