-Arrival & Front Office-
Upon arrival, the front office area appeared unstructured, with multiple staff members, including engineering personnel, gathered in the same space. Additionally, there was inconsistency in staff uniforms, which created a less professional first impression and indicated a lack of coordination in staff presentation.
-Room Condition & Maintenance-
The assigned room was below expected standards. The overall condition appeared outdated, and the bed linen quality did not meet hotel benchmarks, resembling that of a budget guesthouse.
A significant issue was encountered with the room door access, as the door handle battery was not functioning. This required the guest to return to the lobby for assistance, causing inconvenience and delay. Furthermore, only one key card was issued, which may not be adequate for guest convenience.
-Amenities & Facilities-
In-room amenities were limited and did not align with expected service standards. The bathroom condition requires immediate attention, as the shower was leaking and there was an unpleasant odor present, indicating potential maintenance and hygiene concerns.
-Overall-
Based on the observations above, the property currently does not meet the expected standards for business travelers or guests requiring a comfortable transit stay. Improvements are recommended in the areas of staff coordination, room maintenance, amenities, and overall quality control to enhance guest satisfaction and uphold brand standards.

Very bad terrible rooms
The hotel met all our expectations.
We arrived there in the evening after long commute from Karimunjawa,
and were welcomed with drinks even before finishing the check in.
The reception upgraded all 3 rooms to the executive suites on the 10'th floor.
The rooms were exceptionally clean, and there was a nice water flow in the shower.
The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were soundproof.
All ok.

Four-star hotel with top-notch service! The lobby area is spacious, the breakfast is varied, and the staff are exceptionally friendly — a real bonus. As for the location, the hotel is right in the heart of the city, making it easy to go anywhere.
They prepared a special surprise for our honeymoon, which was so cute and touching.

The hotel is well-located in the heart of Semarang, making it ideal for both business and leisure stays. I stayed in the King Executive room, which was quite spacious (28 m²) and comfortable overall. However, a few issues affected the experience. Upon entering the room, there was a lingering smell of cigarette smoke, which was unpleasant. Due to its location on the top floor, the room became quite warm during the day, and the air conditioning struggled to keep up—though it was fine at night.
Concierge service needs improvement. It was quite difficult to find assistance when there was a wedding event taking place at the hotel. On a positive note, the front desk staff were very helpful and professional—special thanks for allowing an extra 30 minutes for late check-out.
Only standard-size towels were provided, and smaller ones were available only upon request. Amenities were basic, and there was a small stain on the bedsheet. Cleanliness, in general, could use some improvement.
Loved the view from my room. Room was clean, and AC worked well. Bathroom amenities were well stocked.

The key card to your room floor does not always work on the lift, and the entrance to my floor was always unlocked.
