Cold beer, beautiful vistas, great service!
Pros:

Incredible views over the city, professional, friendly service, fast WiFi, great breakfast, restaurant and bar with ice-cold beers. The GM, Wolfgang, was lovely and the location is fantastic.

Lovely place with a nice view
Pros:

We spent one night at Hotel Thule and would recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and style. Our room was enormous: 2 double beds and 1 single bed, and yet there was still plenty of room to move around. The view from the restaurant is lovely, so we had a nice dinner there while watching the sunset. Breakfast was good, with plenty of variety. The owner is very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommended.

Cons:

I know renovations aren't easy, but it would be worth modernizing some aspects of the rooms: the TV and TV cabinet, bathrooms, flooring, and so on. The old-world touch adds character to the hotel's style, but some things did feel a bit dated.

Great views and relaxing vibe
Pros:

I stayed here briefly on two separate occasions. It’s just a really nice place to be. The views are incredible. The staff is so welcoming. The breakfast is delicious. It seems to be popular with families and small tour groups for good reason. Highly recommended.

Très bel hôtel perché dans les hauteurs de Windhoek.

Cons:

Les chambres et surtout la salle de bain mériteraient d’être rénovées. Sinon tout est propre.

Lovely overnight stay
Pros:

Lovely hotel in the hills of Klein Windhoek. Outside seating was pleasant with lovely views. Staff friendly. Ray at Reception, was very professional, and when I had a few issues to sort, he was calm and most accomodating.

Cons:

It's not a negative: you need a car to get around to restaurants (besides the on-site restaurant with average food) or shop, if thats what you require. I only stayed 1 night so it didn't apply to. NB. Airport shuttle is indicated on Booking.com but it is not a free service.
