séjour court (une nuit) mais sympathique, le restaurant et la vue comblent les légers defauts
Pros:

Hotel sympathique, personnel avenant et francophone, vue incroyable sur le lac, restaurant agréable et bon. Accès et parking garanti pour ceux qui voyagent en voiture, ce qui n'est pas rien au lac de Côme.

Cons:

Le confort des lits peut vraiment être amélioré, l'un des moins bons de notre séjour.
Rapport qualité prix un peu défavorable comparé aux autres hôtels de notre voyage. prix un peu trop élevé probablement dû à la pleine saison d'été, mais nous avons eu un peu mieux pour moins cher par ailleurs.
Malheureusement aucun accès au lac malgré l'implantation de l'hôtel sur ses rives.

Amazing hotel with a view on a lake Como and famous restaurant.
Pros:

Amazing view, just stunning- from the window/balcony, or even while breakfast/dinner in the restaurant. The hotel has a parking, not big, but we were happy to have a parking space. All the furniture is mid-century, you feel yourself as a movie star😍. The restaurant is one of the best in this area, with a local Italian cuisine and all we tried was really delicious. The staff is very friendly and helpful ♥️.

Cons:

No air conditioning in the rooms - in summer it was really too hot and exhausting. Curtains in the bathroom- could be great to remove them and to install a shower tub.

Good value for money if you seek a nice nostalgic hotel with a great view outside of the city centre
Pros:

The hotel is located at a marvellous location. The view from our room/balcony was breath-taking with a full view over Lake Como. The breakfast is good and from the dining room you have a beautiful view over the lake. The staff is very helpful and friendly even when we arrived late at night. There are enough parking places and it's a safe area.

Cons:

The hotels' interior is a bit outdated and during our stay the airco in our room was not working. For children there is not much to do and the hotel is quite far away from the city centre (which could be a benefit).

Pros:

Die Lage ist super. Fußläufig ist Torno gut zu erreichen. Der Blick auf den See ist wunderschön. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Aber sehr sauber.

Toll gelegenes, preiswertes Hotel am Comer See in bester Lage mit phantastischem Blick auf den See.
Pros:

Wir waren auf der Durchreise und wollten 2 Tage am Comer See verbringen. Die Lage des Hotels und der Blick über den See ist grandios. Das Hotel-Restaurant ist ausgezeichnet und serviert sehr gute Weine. Ich kann das Hotel nur weiterempfehlen

Cons:

Während unseres Aufenthaltes war es extrem heiß 33°C, da hätte ich mir eine Klimaanlage gewünscht. Das Parken ist für ungeübte Autofahrer eine Herausforderung, da die Zufahrt zu den Parkplätzen über steile Serpentinen geht. Wer Auto fahren kann für den ist es kein Thema.

Excellent, supportive, empathetic staffs; Top quality breakfast menu, super quality comfy rooms and amazing balcony view of the lake Como. Highly recommnded. Well connected with Bus from Como and Belagio. However, travellign with car to this location is recommended.

Chaleur hallucinante la nuit, hôtel ancien qui a son charme mais qui ne convient pas à tout le monde, vue impressionnant

La vue de toutes les chambres est absolument splendide, la gentillesse du personnel, le petit déjeuner est bon avec omelette à la minute proposée !

Cons:

L’absence de climatisation dans la chambre en pleine canicule, sachant que l’immeuble emmagasine la chaleur fortement… c’était le cas pour toutes les chambres du 2eme étage... La clim fonctionnait pour les chambres au 1er étage mais cela était un supplément budgétaire qui ne nous a pas été proposé à notre arrivée malheureusement, c’est en parlant avec le propriétaire après coup que nous avons pris connaissance de cette information… même si nous avions réservé une chambre sans clim, il aurait été de bon sens de nous la proposer sachant que toutes les chambres du 1er étage étaient libres selon les dires du propriétaire.
