Does the job
Pros:

The Hotel is ok to good, the staff certainly raise the level. Rooms could certainly do with a refresh, the bathroom is straight out of the 80’s but kept clean. Bedroom windows wouldn't lock, and had gaps that let a lot of noise through.
Food was good and varied enough.
Overall a pleasant enough stay

Cons:

It's expensive when considering prices. Some rooms does not access wifi. Swimming pool has construct but they did not tell it.. Do not go.

Worst of the worst ever
Pros:

We came for check in in the evening. The receptionist said she has no access to the system to check our booking because only her colleague in the morning has access to the email of booking. Com.
After wasting some time to solve this she asked me to show her the booking in my email which k did.
The she let us check in saying that BREAKFAST IS INCLUDED. How did she know, I don't know!!

We checked in and we ordered a meal from the menu at 7:15 pm. 2 hours passed without bringing the dinner to the room. We called reception (probably the same girl who did the check in) replied saying the food is coming up now. 15 minutes elapsed without anything coming up. We called again, a man replied saying he will check and get back to us which he didn't!!!
After another 30 minutes, the food came being cold and awful.
When we checked out in the morning, a male receptionist asked us to pay for the breakfast!!! He was rude. No one took any initiative to please us or to apologise or any efforts to compensate us for all the bad experience during the night and in the morning.

Literally, THIS IS THE WORST HOTEL I HAVE EVER BEEN TO.

Old and run down hotel, unbothered staff
Pros:

The food

Cons:

Old rooms, worn out furniture and a leaking toilet. The staff were unbothered about simple things like checking me in promptly and couldn't locate my reservation. They even suggested I claim that I did not use booking.com to avoid the commission.

Pros:

HjI was a trainer for Inter continental hotel, Mombasa
The room cleaners were excellent and those who carried buckets of water along the rooms deserve highest respect.

Cons:

In the bathroom the tapes were hot functioning well. You have to wait for a long time before you get hot water .

Pros:

Staff were friendly.
Food was amazing.
Room service was great.

Cons:

There was no WIFI. When we raised the concern, they did nothing about it.
There was no umbrella to pick guests from the parking lot when it was raining.
The showers need a bit of maintenance.
