Magnifique!
Pros:

Fantastic hotel in a excellent location. Couldn’t fault anything. Front desk staff went out of their way to accommodate us. Special mention must be made for Syd

All three couples we were with enjoyed our stay.
Pros:

The staff were great and the hotel had a nice charm to it.

Cons:

The elevator. It was small which is a bit normal but it was in a location where you still had to navigate about five steps with luggage once you arrived at your floor. Not a deal breaker but just a bit weird. However, there is nothing they can do to fix that.

I liked it so much that I returned for a second night a few days later. They also kept my luggage for me. I will return.
Pros:

The very friendly staff - the two young men who welcomed me at night and the ladies during the daytime as well as the very nice Swiss gentlemen. Also the lady in the breakfast room was warm and friendly.

Cons:

I would have liked to have a kettle or coffee maker in the room but the lady at the front desk kindly offered me a coffee

Lovely hotel and great staff :)
Pros:

the room was massive, super clean and beautiful. The location was perfect distance from the train station, our flight got in at 11pm so it was ideal. Staff were very kind and helpful.
