Excellent hotel with great service. I would definitely stay here again.

I really enjoyed my stay. The staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The location was convenient, and I felt safe throughout my stay.

Overall very worth the stay
Pros:

I had a great stay at the hotel. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The airport transfer was punctual and well organized, and the breakfast offered a good variety of options. The room service dinner was also delicious. A special thank you to the reception staff for their outstanding hospitality and helpfulness throughout my stay.

Cons:

The only issue was that the bathroom floor always seemed to have water on it, maybe due to a leak. I mentioned this before checking out. Kindly look into it, as it could be a safety hazard and someone might slip.

Bring earplugs, great location, dated hotel.
Pros:

Location was great, airport pickup and dropoff was arranged smoothly.
Staff was very friendly.

Cons:

Significant noise levels at night; elevator beeping at full volume, doors slamming (no insulation).
Breakfast had mostly unhealthy options, no brown bread.
Hotel in need of renovation; electricity outlets not working, no AC controls, bathroom dated etc.

Pros:

Breakfast was a little limited. Staff were great and the facilities were great. Not as great as advertised but if you are looking for a place to rest and just go about your place it is great!

Cons:

The pillow casings were a bit old as well as the bedsheets. More options at breakfast would also be great especially to accomodate all tastes and not just local cuisine.
