Pros:

Очень приятные хозяева и персонал! Очень добрые и отзывчивые , создают чудесную атмосферу в отеле.
Красивая зеленая территория, отличный бассейн, номер большой чистый и уютный.
Завтраки на 5+. Каждый день разные , очень вкусно и все душевно.
Очень советую отель для приятного тихого провождения времени.

Excellent séjour!
Pros:

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à palmy villa. Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres, l’espace piscine est superbe, le petit déjeuner est top, l’emplacement de l’hôtel est proche de la ville mais suffisamment en retrait pour être au calme.
Nous avons aussi apprécié le fait que ce soit un « petit hôtel » et le personnel gentil et disponible.

Sehr nette und aufmerksame Mitarbeiter. Pool und Hotel sehr sauber. Fahrräder kann man sich umsonst ausleihen, um in die Altstadt oder zum strand zu fahren.

Kind and very helpful staff. Rooms were spacious too. Cozy vibes.

Cons:

Bathroom curtains were too small. Most of main thing like shower and toilet was visible from the room. Because of which, my dad had to stay out of the room entire time when I used to take baths and vice versa.

Great stay in Hoi An
Pros:

Our stay at Palmy Villa was simply perfect. The property is located in a quiet area not too far from the city center, which makes it ideal for relaxing while still being close to everything.
Everything was spotless and comfortable, from the room to the pool. The breakfast was outstanding—rich, beautifully presented, and full of fresh seasonal fruit. Easily the best breakfast we had in Vietnam.
What truly made the difference, though, was Ms. Anh. She welcomed us warmly and went above and beyond throughout our entire stay. She was incredibly attentive, kind, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Her care and professionalism made us feel genuinely looked after, and she is a big part of why our experience was so memorable.
I highly recommend this accommodation.

Beautiful and peaceful
Pros:

It’s beautiful, peaceful, and clean. The staff is amazing and so welcoming, especially ms Anh give me the best service.

Cons:

If you want to be in the middle of things, it can be considered a bit far away. However this is perfect if you’re looking for a peaceful staty but still close to Old Town and the rice fields.

L'hôtel est situé au calme dans un cadre vraiment charmant, de nombreuses fleurs et arbres fruitier viennent décorer la cour intérieur ainsi que la jolie piscine a débordement.
Le personnel est aux petits soins avec vous et nous remercions ms. Anh pour sa prévenance lors de notre séjour, toutes nos demandes ont ete comblées. L'hôtel propose en plus gratuitement des vélos qui permettent de rejoindre en 10 minute le centre de la vieille ville.

Morgenmaden var en fornøjelse med et udvalg, der kunne tilfredsstille enhver smag.

Personalet var ekstremt hjælpsomme og imødekommende. Især Mrs. Anh og Mrs. Lin, som altid var smilende og klar til at hjælpe med alt, hvad vi havde brug for.🏖️

A perfect retreat to explore Hoi An
Pros:

Wonderful helpful staff and located in a quiet area just outside of the main centre which was perfect. Swimming pool was a lovely way to start the day. Really understood my coeliac gluten free allergy

Cons:

Bathroom blind didn’t cover the full bathroom window, so slight privacy issue if not sharing with a significant other
