If I could give them more stars, I would! We absolutely love it here. We originally booked for two weeks and ended up extending our stay twice because we just don't want to leave! We will definitely stay here again whenever we return to Hoi An. Ms. Lynn, Mr. Ta, Ms. Thúy, and everyone else at Palmy Villa have been incredibly kind and welcoming.🫶🏻

The rooms are bright, spacious, and clean. There’s a great variety of fresh fruit for breakfast, and they even bought avocados for me because they know how much I love them. The pool is amazing and always clean. The free bicycles are perfect for exploring the surrounding area. Everything here is just perfect!

The staff were very kind and helpful. The hotel itself is very nice, the pool area especially is beautiful and well taken care of. The room was very large and comfortable, bed was great and the balcony was huge. Aircon works great, and the rooms were very well sound proofed, we couldnt hear anything going on outside the room!

Liked this place so much I stayed here again when passing back through Hoi An, instead of another place I had booked. It's comfortable and pretty (lovely grounds, frangipani trees etc) and the pool is just gorgeous. The staff are exceptional, especially Ms Ahn, who was so kind and welcoming and helpful.

It is outside the city centre but I really liked this aspect. It's near to beautiful rice fields - bikes are free to use and I had so much fun biking along the little pathways early morning; and got to watch the rice being harvested. I much prefer staying outside of the touristy craziness, it's more authentic and quiet, and yet only a short and very cheap Grab ride into the centre.

Красивая зеленая территория, отличный бассейн, номер большой чистый и уютный.
Завтраки на 5+. Каждый день разные , очень вкусно и все душевно.
Очень советую отель для приятного тихого провождения времени.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à palmy villa. Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres, l’espace piscine est superbe, le petit déjeuner est top, l’emplacement de l’hôtel est proche de la ville mais suffisamment en retrait pour être au calme.
Nous avons aussi apprécié le fait que ce soit un « petit hôtel » et le personnel gentil et disponible.

Sehr nette und aufmerksame Mitarbeiter. Pool und Hotel sehr sauber. Fahrräder kann man sich umsonst ausleihen, um in die Altstadt oder zum strand zu fahren.

Perfekter Ort, um der lauten Stadt zu entfliehen.

Beautiful family run homestay, clean , quiet , friendly, good value for money. Beautiful pool , beautiful gardens, lovely breakfast available, also they had a great small menu for snacks to order from.

Our stay at Palmy Villa was simply perfect. The property is located in a quiet area not too far from the city center, which makes it ideal for relaxing while still being close to everything.
Everything was spotless and comfortable, from the room to the pool. The breakfast was outstanding—rich, beautifully presented, and full of fresh seasonal fruit. Easily the best breakfast we had in Vietnam.
What truly made the difference, though, was Ms. Anh. She welcomed us warmly and went above and beyond throughout our entire stay. She was incredibly attentive, kind, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Her care and professionalism made us feel genuinely looked after, and she is a big part of why our experience was so memorable.
I highly recommend this accommodation.
