Great place great location value for money and decent breakfast 😀 very warm friendly staff would highly recommend . The best hotel I stayed in Hoi An .Room was neat, clean and tidy. Bed was very comfortable and the pool was spot on.
Een fijn zwembad.
Het kalk zit dik bovenop de douchekop en is de waterdruk erg laag. Het rolgordijn tussen de badkamer en de kamer is aan beide kanten 2 cm te smal waardoor je vanaf het bed zo de douchecabine in kijkt. Je hebt dus geen privacy als je staat te douchen. Verder zaten er scheuren in de vitrage en is er maar aan 1 kant van het bed een nachtkastje.
I've had two different week-long stays here in 2 different rooms and love everything about this place.
Set in the the quiet and peaceful rice fields between the old town and the coast, it's the perfect location to unwind, but still have excellent access to everything Hoi An has to offer.
The rooms are spacious, immaculately clean (cleaned every morning), bright and functional. The entire staff is incredibly friendly, kind and helpful; available at all times to assist with anything you might need.
Lastly, the pool area is absolutely fantastic in all regards. Large enough to do laps, the pool is very clean and the outdoor shower makes it very functional. The yard is full of local fruit trees and flowers, and lanterns beautifully illuminate it at night. The atmosphere is incredibly relaxing!

The downstairs toilets could benefit from a good clean

Dans la piscine des lampes ont été mal enlevés et certaines visses dépassaient ce qui étaient dangereux pour les pieds des enfants.

Het zwembad was echt fantastisch. De locatie is ook echt top en je kan alle kanten op vanuit het hotel. Een scooter is wel handig. De familie is er ook erg behulpzaam en vriendelijk.
De douche is echt zwaar aan vervanging toe. De druk was echt heel slecht. Het water kwam er druppelend uit. Airco werkte goed, maar maakte zelfs in de laagste stand best wel wat lawaai en dat is ‘s nachts niet comfortabel.
We loved our stay at Palmy Villa. The location is out of town a bit so it’s lovely and quiet, the rooms are huge and the bed is really comfortable. The pool is just so lovely. The staff are wonderful, all so friendly and ready to help with anything you need. They have bikes you can borrow. You can go riding through the nearby rice fields. We can’t recommend this place enough.

The property was far enough from hustle and bustle to be quiet, but close enough to get to old town. The staff were lovely and very attentive.
Breakfast was very basic, but not a problem for us. There is significant construction happening behind the villa which is not the fault of the owners but you cannot sit by the pool and relax. Patrons should be warned of this. The bed was rock hard.

Honnêtement ça n’allait pas du tout , la propreté laisse à désirer , les rideaux laissent passer la lumière donc impossible de dormir dès 5 heures du matin , les portes d’entrée sont vitrés sans rideaux, la piscine est chaude pas du tout rafraîchissante , avec les lumières en l’intérieur cassée et décrocher on voit les fils électrique
l’emplacement trop éloigné de tout , le petit déjeuner était léger
Le point positif est que le personnel était très sympathique
heureusement. nous avons pu changer d’hôtel après négociation même si la négociation ne nous a pas semblé adéquat
Par ailleurs sachez que beaucoup d hôtels au vietnam vous demande de commenter devant eux en réclamant la meilleure note donc méfiez vous mais je vous conseilles de privilégier le centre de Hoi an

Great staff
If I could give them more stars, I would! We absolutely love it here. We originally booked for two weeks and ended up extending our stay twice because we just don't want to leave! We will definitely stay here again whenever we return to Hoi An. Ms. Lynn, Mr. Ta, Ms. Thúy, and everyone else at Palmy Villa have been incredibly kind and welcoming.🫶🏻
The rooms are bright, spacious, and clean. There’s a great variety of fresh fruit for breakfast, and they even bought avocados for me because they know how much I love them. The pool is amazing and always clean. The free bicycles are perfect for exploring the surrounding area. Everything here is just perfect!
