Fun place, restaurant has good food. People are very nice if you like music, karaoke, that you’re kind of place.

big place with pianos. lots of things to see. why the glass floors were covered ? may be it is mor interesting to let it be as the designs

btt many pianos are out of tune. hot air condition in the gym. expensive, I can not see a swimming pool. bed is to hard and moist. expensive room and food inside. I can buy from 7-11 that's ok.

This is a disappointing experience.
Pros:

Has shutter service for customer parking.

Cons:

The rooms were somewhat smelly and spooky not worth the price. Only 1 key card provided per room using for electricity it’s not convenient. No smartTV provided. Itchy bedding. The property look old not well maintained (unlike it shows on social media).

Stay at the venue but expensive for what it was.
Pros:

It was at the venue where we were attending the show so very convenient.

Cons:

Had to walk from an external car park to the hotel with our luggage or wait in the jeat for the buggy that was very busy.

The room was ok but too expensive for what it was…quite noisy from the main road.

Enjoyed the entertainment and the concierge was extremely helpful
Pros:

This is a unique and quirky place with a lot of fun and interesting areas. Children love it. Many places to sit and visit.

This is a must try experience
Pros:

Very unique place. The entertainment is great, the venue for food and live music at the hotel is worth the visit alone. The glass floors allow you to see down into several of the entertainment areas from the rooftop.

Cons:

There was nothing I didnt like about my stay at Letana Hotel
