Pros:

The room, the furniture, and the Gym. We really loved the place. It was easily accessible via Google Map. The food at the restaurant, was wow... the friendliness of the stuff on both the hotel and the restaurant...

Cons:

The Gate, the entrance was a bit risky because if you are driving, you must get out of the car to be able to open the Gate with an Access Card.

Well located.
Pros:

The hotel is well situated near restaurants with secure parking.
The room was spacious with clean linen and aircon.

Cons:

How they expect you to have coffee with no teadpoons to stir is a mystery.
Hot water was on and off.....half of the shower nozzles are blocked ....matresses are worn out in room 57.

Cons:

The room was for 4 guests, but there was only 2 glasses, 2 mugs and no spoons to stir your coffee. Bedsheets were torn and pillows were smelly. Broken cuboard drawers, the extraction fan in the bathroom was not working and there was no hot water in the morning to take a shower.

Well priced but first and last stay
Pros:

We had no breakfast as we ate at family. The location of the hotel is well situated in Kimberly and we found it on our GPS immediately.

Cons:

There were no bathroom door for privacy, the carpet was dirty and the room windows open onto the stoop, which we opened for fresh air but people walked pass and kept on looking in while we laid in bed. Staff never spoke to us once, only greeted and asked my name , give my key and that was the first and last interaction, staff also make alot of noise during the night opening and closing doors. The price is very good for one night but I will not stay there again. The best experience was the bed, comfortable and soft.
