The location of this hotel is absolutely amazing and was definitely the star of the show. It was incredibly convenient and made it very easy to enjoy the area.
Unfortunately, there were several issues with the hotel and room that affected our stay. We arrived shortly after the advertised 15:00 check-in time, at around 15:15, but the room was still being prepared. The door was open and the floors were still wet.
The toilet seat was loose and eventually fell off completely during the night. The shower itself had good water pressure, but the holder for the showerhead was not working properly.
The biggest issue was the air-conditioning. I initially turned it on to maximum, but there was no air coming out. I contacted the hotel via WhatsApp and received a response about an hour later. The room eventually cooled down, but about four hours later the air-conditioning had stopped again. As the room became too warm, we had to open the window, which unfortunately meant dealing with extremely loud street noise outside. This made it very difficult to sleep.
The elevator was another problem. It seemed to have a mind of its own, sometimes taking us all the way to the top floor before returning to the ground floor, rather than stopping where requested. It was more amusing than anything else, but certainly not confidence-inspiring.
On the positive side, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable, and the shower had good water pressure.
Overall, the location is excellent, but the maintenance issues, unreliable air-conditioning, elevator problems and resulting lack of sleep made the stay considerably less comfortable than we expected.

Die Lage ist perfekt, um die Altstadt Valencias und alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten zu erkunden. Sauberkeit ist in Ordnung, die Ausstattung im Zimmer ist vollkommen ausreichend, alles notwendige ist vorhanden (auch ein kleiner Kühlschrank). Wir können die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen.
Der Geruch (wahrscheinlich des Putzmittels) im allgemeinen Hausflur ist sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig...
Leider gab es nur ein kleines Fenster, das aber kaum Licht in dieses dunkle Zimmer brachte - letztendlich störte uns dies aber nicht so sehr, weil wir den ganzen Tag in der Stadt unterwegs waren.

La zona
no entendemos como algo tan importante como la limpieza fue hecha a un lado, la ropa de cama estaba sucia, olía mal, sobretodo la manta negra que aparece en la imagen y los cojines, el baño con cabellos como si no fuesen limpiado, la TV encendía pero no teníamos acceso a nada más, lo informamos de inmediato vía WhatsApp y a penas “limpiaron el baño” no cambiaron la ropa de cama, a parte tener en cuenta que el nivel de ruido es muy alto y hasta el amanecer, no es algo que se pueda dejar pasar, después de todo te hacen llevar tus bolsas de basura a un contentos que queda 1 min fuera del alojamiento, limpiar bien por lo menos para exigir esto a los clientes!!
Lo action again was good, close to bars and restaurants.
The alley leading to the apartment was dirty, with industrial bins outside and a bit of a smell. Dirty wrappers on the street gave it a poor impression. There was no window, which is very disconcerting, if there was a fire I am not sure how we would have got out. I would not stay there again.
Die Lage ist Perfekt, Sauberkeit ist super, die Ausstattung im Zimmer ist vollkommen ausreichend, alles notwendige ist vorhanden (nur Kühlschrank fehlt). Wir können die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen.
Das einzige war nur wegen dem Fenster, ist vorhanden, aber keine Aussicht. PS: der Duft im Gebäude (citrus) ist gewöhnungsbedürftig.

The toilet was really noisy and it felt like it was getting filled whole night and it is not getting filled while you are showering. Bed was barely okay and AC was too loud that I had to turn it off
