Hôtel du Théâtre - Hypercentre - Climatisé

Il nostro soggiorno ha purtroppo presentato diversi aspetti che avrebbero potuto essere gestiti con maggiore cura. Abbiamo alloggiato al quarto piano mansardato senza ascensore, un dettaglio faticoso soprattutto con i bagagli. All'interno della camera avremmo gradito maggiori attenzioni al comfort: il letto era piuttosto alto, i cuscini scomodi e i servizi essenziali, come la carta igienica ridotta a un solo rotolo e l'assenza di un piccolo frigo, sono risultati scarsi. Inoltre, a seguito di una richiesta urgente per un asciugacapelli, pur avendo ricevuto conferma, ho dovuto provvedere autonomamente a cercarlo nelle aree comuni. La modalità di ricezione automatizzata e la quasi totale assenza di personale, unite al fatto che il deposito bagagli non è chiuso a chiave e che il portone principale è rimasto talvolta aperto senza l'uso del codice, non ci hanno trasmesso una grande tranquillità in termini di sicurezza. Confidiamo che queste osservazioni possano essere utili per migliorare l'accoglienza futura.

Le manque d'espace entre le mur et le lit.

Le jour où nous sommes arrivés il y avait une réceptionniste qui parlait un français incomplet. Ensuite plus aucune personne à l'accueil. Notre chambre était au premier étage coté rue juste au dessus d'un bar, n'avons pas pu dormir de la nuit. Le lendemain nous avons demander un changement de chambre via l'application puisque personne ne répondait au téléphone. Première réponse a 11h30 pour nous dire que c'était possible puis plus de nouvelle jusqu'à 20h (après appelle et relance sur l'appli booking). Nous avons pu finalement changer de chambre coté cours et nous avons bien dormi.
L'hôtel a été rénové mais sans humain présent ce n'est pas un vrai hôtel mais un airbnb. Nous avons d'ailleurs du aider un couple qui arrivé et était désemparé devant la porte.

Camera rumorosa, si sentono i vicini di stanza, non ci sono armadi né cassetti. Devi lasciare tutto in valigia. Non sono passati a sistemare la camera nei due giorni che in cui abbiamo soggiornato.

Un peu bruyant.

Nous avons séjourné deux jours dans l'hôtel, personnel inexistant.
Enregistrement autonome mais très simple. Petit-déjeuner autonome aussi. C'est très surprenant comme fonctionnement.

Le bruit

We were very disappointed in our room. The shower cubicle was incredibly small with mold around the bottom of the tiles. In addition one of the towels in the bathroom was dirty and there was no soap in the wall dispenser at the sink. The carpet going up the stairs on the right hand side of reception (as you look at reception) was filthy. We were told that the hotel is undergoing refurbishment and the carpet going up the stairs on the left hand side of reception was definitely new and the rooms had been redecorated - however there is nowhere to hang clothes or put them in any drawers in the new rooms - which seems strange. We were given another room still on the side of the hotel that has not been refurbished, which was only better because the shower was over the bath and looked cleaner.

Très bruyant on entend les gens au bar du dessous comme si ils étaient avec vous dans la chambre et on entend les gens dans les escaliers sans respect en pleine nuit si vous y allez pour vous reposer prenez pas cette hôtel
