The Location is Perfect. We specially liked the small balcony with view on the harbor.
The apartment is good. There is everything you need. And very practical: There is a washing machine.

Pros:

Posizione ottima. Rapporto qualità/prezzo molto buono considerato il periodo. Cucina attrezzata e praticamente nuova.

Cons:

Il boiler per l'acqua calda. Se si soggiorna in 5 per appartamento ( come eravamo noi) comincia ad esser un po' scomodo, ma nulla di irrisolvibile con un po' di pazienza.

Piękny taras, widok na morze i piękna okolica
Pros:

Obiekt bardzo dobrze zlokalizowany, z naszego apartamenty był piękny widok na morze, przystań jachtową, wyspę Elba, cudownie. Właściciel bardzo miły i pomocny, we wszystkim nam pomógł i zorganizował taksówkę. Bardzo chętnie wrócimy i polecimy rodzinie i znajomym. Pozdrawiamy z Gdyni, Polska.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer über dem Restaurant mit Super Blick auf den Hafen und das Meer.

Keinen Toaster. Keine normale Kaffeemaschine. Kein Stausauger.

Pros:

Locatie, indeling kamers, bedden slapen goed. Prachtig uitzicht.

Cons:

Terras was niet zoals de foto. Bartafels en we hadden juist gekozen voor de stoelen en tafel. Sfeer verlichting moet nog uitgevonden woeden. Koffie cups niet beschikbaar want receptie was gesloten voor Pasen. Geen reactie meer via what’s app toen we eea navroegen. Maar leg ze gewoon neer. Kost niets maar levert veel op.
