We felt welcome, attended to and comfortable. One of my top choices in the Doral area.
Pros:

We enjoyed everything. If there was any complaint, the 2nd elevator was down and the one operating at times of being extremely slow. Other than that the place is great.

Pros:

Hotel limpio, bueno para ir de de negocios, desayuno básico pero cumplidor. La atención de la recepción me gusto mucho, las habitaciones muy amplias y limpias. tienen amplio estacionamiento.

Cons:

hay que tener cuidado con las cosas personales, en especial con los perfumes ya que me lo vaciaron, jamás me había pasado eso en ningún Hotel del mundo. Deje mi perfume en el tocador del baño como siempre, guardo mi perfume en mi mochila para salir al aeropuerto. En el baño del aeropuerto de Panamá saco el perfume para colocarme un poquito y ya no había, lo tenia con un poco más de la mitad antes de ir a USA.

Never Again.
Pros:

On the last day there were no waffle machines out, my guess, they ran out of batter. I say this because for 2 days there was only blueberry syrup sooo for those who are allergic or simply do not like blueberries u are out of luck. They said they ran out of maple but since they had none for 2 days the thought of buying a jug never we entered they're mind until the shipment came in. The location was ok, not alot of shopping that interested me.

Cons:

Maple syrup a hour d ve been available. T he waffles should've been available since that's a common item at most hotels that provide breakfast BUT...The most offensive is when I had to call corporate because I reported the water being green at 3pm & was told they're hoping the pool guy comes. T his is Florida, it's 90 a ome degrees & im but we ing told this, WHAT! Corporate moved fast on it but the ? is... who is running this place. No syrup, no waffle machines, no pool in Florida in 90 some degree weather.
