La playa es hermosa
Lo que no me gustó:
No me gustó nada la seguridad ni la gestión del hotel. Se me quedaron unos lentes de 300 dólares en una banca y desaparecieron. El lugar cuenta con 2 cámaras de seguridad en esa área, pero el administrador se negó a ayudarme. Le pedí que revisara las grabaciones en 4 ocasiones durante los 5 días de mi estancia, y aunque decía que lo haría, nunca revisó nada. Su indiferencia nos arruinaron las vacaciones familiares. No genera ninguna confianza hospedarse aquí.
Ambiente agradable y tranquilo, muy lindo y cómodo todo el ambiente y decoración en general
,- La ducha del baño, feo el piso y revestimiento de muro, lo que no daba sensación de limpieza y se salía el agua de la ducha.
- Poco espacio para colocar las maletas y la ropa
This hotel is the best in Punta Sal, everyone is so welcoming, the hotel is neat, modern and chic. Everyone was so hospitable. Special thanks to Brandon, Darwin and Joicy at the front desk, always willing to help and with a smile at all times.

Estaban haciendo remodelaciones y no contaba con acceso al espacio de los juegos para niños. Fuera de ello, todo excelente

We loved the facilities, the pool and location, Breakfast was good. The pool water is clean, and the rooms are always in good condition. Most of the waiters at the restaurant are great... especially Guido... Nelson is also good. Keep on doing the family activities; they're nice. We've been going to the resort for over 20 years. Camacho is a super friendly fellow!
We've been going to resort over 20 years, so we can compare NOW AND BEFORE. Some of the dishes are pricey or they are small in comparison to what they cost. The chicharron de pescado was just the fish and the salsa tartara---no fries, or yucca or sarsa de cebolla (sarsa criolla). Also, the cebiche de conchas negras was much too small with only two SMALL pieces of sweet potato (camotitos)... One night, I ordered a chicken soup and the carrot and beans were almost raw. There was complimentary bread on the table only ONE NIGHT out of the 5 nights we spent there. I guess the prices and the quality of some of the dishes need a thorough review. We were surprised to know that although we were already spending nearly $1000 for 5 days, we had to pay $30 or $50 more for half a day or a day if we wanted to sit in the booths that are around the pool.
