Excelente destino para relajarse disfrutando de un excelente clima y un hotel muy acogedor y cómodo.

Muy cómodo, muy buena la comida y los cuartos son excelentes.

Quizás podrían haber mas eventos de entretenimiento.

todo excelente la playa muy buena , instalaciones de primera , el tamaño justo del hotel , entre boutique y resort

Cons:

mejorar la comunicacion directa con servicio al cliente , contesta un chatboot que no ayuda mucho y recibi varioss menes e dierentes numeross , incllluso uno extranjero, haciendolo confuso

Hermoso Atardecer.
Pros:

La suite Junior muy amplia, con vista y salida a la playa, realmente hermoso. El personal del restaurant todos muy atentos y amables y la comida muy buena. El mejor atardecer.

La televisión que me dieron era una versión antigua que no se puede ver Netflix. Igual el control de la tele no funcionaba bien. La secadora también antigua, casi no servía para secar. Por todo lo demás bien

Muy comodo, relajante y tranquilo pero a un alto precio
Pros:

El cuarto y las instalaciones increibles. Todas las habitaciones con vista al mar.

Cons:

Para mi lo peor fue que no existan fuentes de agua. Solo te dejaban una pequéa botella de agua en la habitacion cuando limpiaban y despues si querias hidratarte tenias q comprar. Entiendo que las bebidas cuesten pero no deberian negar agua a nadie u obligar a comprar sobretodo con el calor que hace en el norte.

Las instalaciones del hotel son muy buenas y el acceso a la playa es inmediato.

Cons:

La comida no estuvo mala pero tampoco es espectacular. Es una recomendación para el hotel debido a que si no vas en carro y tu estancia es corta es muy probable que todos tus comidas sean en el hotel, por lo que si deberían mejorar las preparaciones de almuerzos y cenas.
