Great cleaning service, quiet and ease of access into Westwood.
Pros:

Hidden gem and great location n Westwood. Very walkable to restaurants, campus and very quiet

Cons:

Please please please get new tvs which allow for better streaming and integration with smart phone capabilities.

Pros:

The room is spacious and comfortable. The cleaning staff replenish supplements very quick. It is very nice to have washer and cleaner for long stay.

Cons:

hope the foldable bed in the living room can be sturdier as my back hurt a little bit. Putting some cooking oil in the kitchen will also be great. Other than these minor things, I'm absolutely satisfied with the experience.

An urban oasis with a lovely rooftop terrace.
Pros:

I like the location, its proximity to the UCLA campus, and the building's and guest rooms' charming architecture. This was my third stay; the staff told me about the rooftop terrace, which I wasn't aware of. It's a fantastic outdoor space to relax with a drink.

Cons:

Likely due to the old architecture, there are not enough electrical outlets in the room to charge your devices. There is no charging station next to the bed, so I had to charge my phone on the kitchen counter. Not a dealbreaker, but I wish this issue could be addressed for modern travelers.

Emplacement et grande chambre

Cons:

Manque de professionnalisme du responsable ainsi que de l hôtesse, on nous a arnaqué 330 dollars au Check in on nous a pris 350 dollars de caution et on a mentionné avoir une voiture elle nous a dit le parking été gratuit et compris avec notre séjour de 8 nuits puis la belle surprise une fois partie on nous prélève 44 dollars par jour de parking du vol total

Great stay in Westwood!
Pros:

Small boutique hotel. Room with kitchenette. Comfy bed. Good location, close to UCLA. Appreciated the 10% off at Toranj across the street - good Persian food

Cons:

No breakfast but understandable given size

Pleasant stay but not value for money
Pros:

Spacious rooms which are well appointed. Great location, quiet but close to Westwood center and UCLA.

Cons:

Mixed experience with staff. Continuous leak from the bathroom basin which was reported twice and not attended to. We had to order additional towels to mop the floor and create a walkway. Eventually we used kitchenware to catch the water and then had to continually drain it. Although paying for parking is not novel for hotels, paying for dedicated parking in the building when the charge for the room is already exorbitantly high, is excessive. Amenities fall short of expectation.

Perfect place to stay in Westwood Village when visiting UCLA!
Pros:

Rooms were spacious, quiet and with convenient refrigerator, sink, cutlery, glasses etc. We hosted a few family members after graduation for champagne prior to going to dinner. The room was comfortable for 10 people for a couple of hours. Perfect! The garage is spacious and super convenient for drivers. Westwood Village location perfect for UCLA family visitors. We love the Inn @ UCLA and the Luskin Center on campus, but for my wife and I, this hotel is by far the best off campus hotel and pretty much the equivalent of being on campus.

Excellent Westwood location, spacious suites with functional kitchenettes. Lovely gardens and a surprisingly quiet locat
Pros:

Great Westwood location, spacious suites, excellent washer and dryer in suites, plenty of storage, fabulous roof top garden terrace, super friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

Suites are a bit dark, but the theme is fully committed to Spanish mission style so be prepared. Beds too small for us , but I think that’s our fault for the room type we booked ?!
