Pros:

Very accommodating with calling rides, booking, holding room when took a 2 day trip to Ha Long, nice location a little north of the busy tourist area, tasty breakfast, wonderful restaurants, bars, a brewery tap room, and walks around the neighborhood.

Cons:

Nothing, really.

Staff were lovely, great location, there was bacon and eggs for breakfast (and other local things as well)

Cons:

The hotel is very old and the pictures are great but they don't really show the reality. Everything is very poorly built and made, ie there was a gap between the door frame and the wall so there was light shining through the gap all night. The shower was switching between scolding hot and icy cold water every few seconds. Towels were old, fraying and stained. There was a weird smell in the lobby.amd communal areas.

Pros:

nice and comfortable city hotel in a convenient location close to West Lake. All tourist highlights reachable on foot or a short ride. Very friendly and hospitable staff. It is a nice place to stay in Hanoi. Recommended to all travellers to this beautiful city.
