Fantastic Stay and Brilliant Service in a Great Location!
We had a wonderful experience at La Santé Hotel & Spa and highly recommend. Everything about the hotel was spotlessly clean, and the daily breakfast provided was a great, tasty bonus to start our mornings.
The highlight of our stay was definitely the exceptional staff. They were incredibly accommodating and truly went above and beyond for us by securely storing our luggage for two days while we traveled, which made our trip so much easier. Their top-tier service and helpfulness made a huge difference, and we would absolutely stay here again!

Great Base for Exploring with Exceptional Staff!
We had a really good syay. The standout feature is definitely the staff—they are exceptional, incredibly friendly, and always ready to help with anything you need.
The hotel is located in popular area, making it a fantastic base if you want to explore different parts of the city. Everything was kept beautifully clean throughout our stay. The room did get a bit hot at one point, but as soon as we mentioned it to the team, they immediately went out of their way to provide us with an extra fan to keep us comfortable. The included breakfast was also a great bonus and a good start to our days.
Overall, it's a lovely, clean place to stay with top-tier service, and we would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to explore the area!

A Hidden Gem with Outstanding Hospitality!
If you are looking for a super clean and convenient place to stay while exploring the city, La Santé Hotel & Spa is a perfect choice. It is located in a newer district area that makes getting around and sightseeing incredibly easy. The complimentary breakfast each morning was good, fresh, and gave us plenty of energy for our busy days out.
What really sets this hotel apart is the exceptional team working there. They are unbelievably helpful and attentive.

- Good location (close to the lake and lot of good shops/restaurants nearby)
- Rooms were clean
- Changed our room when we asked them to due to construction noise.

The bed was comfortable enough, although the mattress felt a little worn and could probably be replaced soon. The shower was another small issue for me because it was quite high to step into. Apart from that, housekeeping had done a good job and the room was clean. I wouldn't say the room was luxurious, but it was practical and comfortable for a few nights.

J’ai apprécié le fait que l’hôtel ne soit pas situé en plein cœur de la partie la plus animée du Vieux Quartier. Nous pouvions y aller à pied en une quinzaine de minutes, tout en ayant de nombreux restaurants et cafés à proximité. Notre chambre donnait à l’arrière, à l’écart de la rue principale, et elle était étonnamment calme la nuit. Le lit était confortable et la chambre était bien entretenue. C’était un endroit pratique pour séjourner et partir facilement à la découverte de Hanoi.

We could walk to the night market and there were restaurants, massage places and small shops everywhere around the hotel. It was busy outside, but we didn't find it difficult to get around. The rooom was a decent size and very clean when we arrived. Breakfast was also better than I expected. We didn't use the hotel restaurant much because the prices seemed quite high compared with the local places nearby.

We stayed here for one night before heading to Lan Ha Bay and came back for another night afterwards. The hotel kept our larger bags for us while we were on the boat, which saved us from taking everything along. They also let us check in a little earlier than the usual time. The first room was facing the road and was quite noisy, but the room we had when we returned was much more peaceful. That made a noticeable difference.

It was about a 15-minute walk to the Old Quarter, and we had plenty of places to eat and get coffee along the way. Our room was clean and comfortable, although we could hear quite a bit of traffic from the street. The second time we stayed, we asked for a room away from the road and it was much quieter. Breakfast was good with a reasonable choice of food. I only wish the coffee was better, as there wasn't really a proper coffee machine.

A simple, pleasant stay with genuinely kind staff. Everyone was easy to talk to and happy to help when needed. I really liked the calm atmospherE.

The food was decent, especially for breakfast, though there are better options nearby if you want to explore. Still, it was more than enough to start the day. The convenience of the location is a major advantage.

On the positive side, the staff were always very polite and helpful. The air conditioning worked well, and the hot water was reliable. Overall, it covered the basic needs comfortably. Despite a few minor drawbacks, I still had a pleasant stay, and the good service made a difference.

My room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable to stay in. I especially liked the complimentary tea, coffee, and bottled water provided daily. It made the stay feel more welcoming. The hotel truly lives up to its rating in terms of comfort and quality. Everything was arranged thoughtfully for guests. It’s a great place to relax after a long day.

We could settle in quickly and didn’t have to spend much time asking about how anything worked. There were also enough useful amenities that we never really felt something was missing. It made the stay more straightforward, especially when we were coming back after a long day outside. Nothing stood out in a flashy way, but everything was there when we needed it.

The beds were big and comfortable, and there was enough space for us to stay with young children. There were also quite a few restaurants nearby, so finding somewhere to eat was easy. The staff were friendly and helpful whenever we needed anything. Overall, we had a comfortable and quiet stay.
