早餐樣式算滿多種類的，有小朋友喜歡的土司麵包等，比較特別是有燙青菜可以吃。因入住當天恆春暴雨，還好有室內設施可以帶小朋友玩，這點我覺得滿不錯的。

飯店的遊樂設施位於地下一樓，且與停車場共用同一組電梯，導致辦理入住後幾乎無法順利搭乘電梯返回客房。從大廳等待電梯到抵達房間，前後竟花費約15分鐘。

此外，在人潮眾多時，飯店缺乏完善的電梯候梯動線規劃，每部電梯前都擠滿排隊人潮，現場秩序混亂。經常出現先到的旅客遲遲無法搭上電梯，反而後來加入排隊的人卻能先行搭乘的情況，影響住宿體驗，也反映出飯店在尖峰時段的人流管理仍有待改善。
