Pros:

Easy to get from the hotel to where I wanted to get. Friendly people. Clean. Comfy.

Cons:

It is a bit noisy but rgat is due to the fact that it is on a main road by the beach so it is to be expected. Breakfast was nice, the menu maybe a bit too nice in that some simpler options would have been welcome (just coffee and toast or a croissant...)

Had a great stay. We will be revisiting for sure.
Pros:

The room was clean and the views were great.very comfortable bed. Staff were amazing throughout.

Cons:

Noise from traffic outside, made worse as we had to have windows open due to the heat.

Ok stay, there’s space to improve.
Pros:

It’s close to the beach, train station and village centre. There’s a pub with big garden. Great breakfast.

Cons:

It’s above the main road, it was quite warm in the morning without any fan, the sea view is nice but you can only enjoy it standing or sitting at the edge of bed.

Pros:

Vlakbij strand, uitzicht. parking bij hotel, gezellige pub met tuin.

Kamer was tamelijk duur.

Pros:

Close to beach promenade and local restaurants and shops.

Cons:

Would of liked access to hotel restaurant area for a coffee before breakfast. As coffee in bedroom wasn't pleasant.

Friendly staff
Pros:

Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Food was nice but the portions were huge. Nice view of the beach.

Cons:

Very noisy as the rooms were above the entrance to the pub and people were outside on the street shouting and smoking til late, not ideal with kids. Rooms were very hot and no fan. Curtains were too small for the windows and let a lot of light in.
The room itself was clean but there was mould in both showers and both bathroom radiators were rusty.

Convenient after visiting friends in Brighton - close to the beach. No food available at 8pm on

Good location for walkers

The outside seating area from the room was a big plus
