Dirty and cold in a great location

The rooms looked nice. I think they have been refurbished recently. The location is great if you’e going to Maria island.

Cons:

The dirtiest hotel I have ever been to. So many hair in the bathroom and all over. They even came to change the towels on the second day (we didn’t ask for it), but had not cleaned up those hair. Also there were dirty dishes in the cupboard ready for us to use. There were still salad and oil on the plates. Absolutely disgusting.

Also the room was very very cold. A/C heater was out of order, just flashing lights. They brought us a brand new small heater out of a box and it started spreading a burnt plastic smell to the room. So no we will not return. I think we should asked for a compensation as it was horrible.
