The views from the balcony of the mountains for a morning coffee were stunning.
Nothing tin particular, the breakfast wasn’t my taste but that’s not a problem.
Rooms staff cleanliness value for money location and views.
Staff and overall hospitality
It’s a nice modern hotel. Lobby is very nice.
We had the two-story family room. It was extremely dark with very dim lighting. I asked for a change of light bulbs but the hotel didn’t offer it. To make things worse, any daylight was blocked from coming into living area by a permanent metal decor feature attached to the window. The darkness of the room really dampened our stay. Coupled with the nighttime lightning and thunder, my daughter said this was the most “ominous” room.
The hotel itself is very nice and a few minutes walk to town. However, we had to walk through muddy roads and heavy construction. Wished I had booked elsewhere.
We were so happy to check out after 3 nights.
The hotel have a fabulous view, the rooms were great with a balcony towards it. Spa was amazing, we got a great treat! Breakfast was great!

The location is great, close to the vew but 10 minutes walk from the center. But if I had to choose, I would choose it again!

The location need about 5-10mins walk to Sapa Square. Other than that, the hotel is wonderful and quiet.
Super location overlooking Sapa mountains, great staff and wonderful breakfast. The kind staff upgraded me to the junior suite. Wished I stayed longer than just two nights.
A bit uphill of a walk from town, but not steep until last 100 meters or so
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were excellent throughout. The girl behind the bar was especially friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, which made our evenings even more enjoyable. The front desk team were also fantastic and professional, helpful, and they even allowed us to use the pool after checkout. Great service from everyone, and we would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!
Well located hotel in Sa Pa. Views were amazing. Quiet location, just out of main tourist areas. Good breakfast.

Literally everything here was perfect. The hotel is beautiful! The room was so spacious and beautifully decorated. The bedding clean and soft. The bathroom clean and large. The staff were so wonderful, not at all pushy, just so friendly and accommodating to any request. One of our two rooms was upgraded to a room with the most beautiful view. The breakfast was incredible. The location perfect. We were able to access a private room to shower before our evening train back to Hanoi. They offered a good price for the shuttle from Lao Cai. We were incredibly happy here and would highly recommend!
There was no English channel on the tv which was only a tiny inconvenience for our kids.
All aspects of the hotel were above expectations, staff wonderful, dining room staff outstanding, view was magnificent and room was spotless

- Niesamowicie elastyczni i pomocni ludzie. Dotarliśmy do hotelu o 5 nad ranem i od razu możliwy był early check-in za niewielką dopłatą.
- Mogliśmy w tym zjeść też śniadanie tego dnia. Bardzo dobra komunikacja poprzez Whatsapp.
- Śniadania bardzo urozmaicone, dania na zamówienie są dostarczane bardzo szybko.
- Personel świetnie mowi po angielsku.
- po wymeldowaniu mogliśmy nie tylko zostawić bagaż ale też mogliśmy nieodpłatnie się wykąpać - udostępniono nam ręczniki i suszarkę nieodpłatnie
- przeloczenie kursu walutowego było w porządku
- personel bardzo szybko sprząta pokoje - w trakcie 30 min gdy byliśmy na sniadaniu, pokój został już wysprzątany
- bardzo dobre jakościowo masaże
Incredible views over the Fansipan funicular, great value, kind staff gave us an upgrade making it even better. Excellent spa treatments, gym, pool, good restaurant. Top marks.
