They let us check in at 9am after arriving on the overnight train. Made a huge impact on our short stay.
They have several menu options for breakfast, in addition to the buffet.
Almost everything was great ! From the room to the view, to the location and the staff.
The breakfast was really disappointing. Not living up to the expectations, and also lacking some choice. We ended up going for breakfast in town the next day.
My stay was fantastic! The room was spacious, clean, and had a balcony with a great view. The television was beautifully personalized with a welcome message. The staff on arrival are very attentive, and willing to accommodate guest that arrive at unusual times if, circumstance allow. There is also a shower that you can use if you arrive before check-in, which was fantastic for me because I arrived really early from my transfer bus. And lastly, the location was really convenient and safe (especially for a solo traveler)!
I researched the early arrival shower access before arriving, but it would have been nice for them to bring it up when I arrived around 5am. But I'm happy they were patient and attentive!

Amazing stay in Sapa! We loved the breathtaking views from our room and could even see the funicular train, which made the experience feel extra special. The room was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety and was one of the highlights of our stay. We used Grab to get around, which was incredibly cheap and convenient, especially since the weather wasn’t always ideal. Highly recommend for anyone looking for stunning views, comfort, and convenience in Sapa.

Our stay at Aliana was simply wonderful - a short walk to the town& access to all activities.
Our room was perfectly positioned for stunning valley & mountain views!
The staff were the perfect mix of professional, friendly & kind.

Breakfast, staff, facilities and services is excellent!
Everything was great however the staff are outstanding! I developed a head cold and beautiful staff bought me a ginger and honey tea which was so lovely and made me feel like I was recuperating at home! They also arranged an amazing private day trip of the mountain villages which was amazing.
