Una estancia maravillosa en Sapa
Pros:

Una experiencia fantástica en Aliana Boutique Sapa Hotel & Spa. El hotel es precioso, acogedor y muy cuidado, con habitaciones cómodas, limpias y decoradas con mucho gusto.

El personal fue muy amable y atento durante toda nuestra estancia, siempre pendiente de que no nos faltara nada. El ambiente del hotel y el spa son perfectos para relajarse después de visitar los increíbles paisajes de Sapa.

Sin duda, un lugar totalmente recomendable por su comodidad, atención y excelente ambiente. Nos encantó la experiencia y volveríamos sin pensarlo.

Pros:

The View from our room on the 4th floor included the red Muong Hoa funicular and rice fields. Our room was large, the AC and water pressure strong. The bed was comfy. We had a lovely large deck but it was too hot to enjoy. Breakfast was delicious and omelets and pancakes could be made to order. Lunch and dinner meals were also wonderful and reasonable. The location was more quiet than directly in town but the walk wasn't far from town. There's an incline to negotiate, but we're on our late 70's and did it ok. The staff were exceptional, and we particularly loved Lin/Isabella in the restaurant. We had some great conversations as her English was very good! Jolie helped us get tickets for Mt. Fansipan and advised us of the best time to go. We had a light out in our shower and they quickly took care of it while we were out. We loved Aliana.

Struttura a pochi minuti dal centro, in zona tranquilla. Camere spaziose e pulite. Buona colazione.
Pros:

La struttura è posizionata un po' fuori dal centro, ma in 10 minuti a piedi si può raggiungere il centro di Sapa. Zona tranquilla. La camera quadrupla pulita, molto spaziosa e ben arredata.
Staff gentilissimo. Abbiamo organizzato un'escursione custom tramite l'hotel e devo dire che è stata un'esperienza eccellente. Buona la colazione.

Cons:

La colazione a buffet non era molto variegata per un hotel a 4 stelle. Ma comunque ricca.
Stanza non molto luminosa.

Great stay
Pros:

Lovely large comfortable room with a fantastic balcony overlooking the hills of Sapa. Friendly staff and great restaurant. Bed really comfortable. I’d have no hesitation recommending this hotel to anyone. It’s a little way out of town, just up the hill but an easy enough walk or alternatively a Grab taxi is a couple of dollars. It was actually quite nice being away from the hustle and bustle of Sapa.

Pros:

The hotel was fantastic and we would definitely stay here again. Its about 10 minutes walking from the center of town, which was perfect for us as the center is very busy / loud. The views from the hotel (overlooking the mountains / rice fields were awesome and all the staff were super friendly and welcoming. Great food in the restaurant too!

Cons:

The communal areas looked really nice, but some of the flooring was sticking up in places, making it a potential trip hazard. This is a small thing but wanted to mention it. We still would happily stay here again, if we are ever in the area.

Pros:

any picture I saw on internet is not fair enough to describe this hotel, which is simply wonderful. I booked a family room, huge, 2 double beds, very confortable, all the decoration of the room was beautiful and the room is very big. the hotel staff is super nice and always available to help. they went to the bank for us, they went to the ticket office to buy tickets for Fansipan for us, they did not charge anything for that. Breakfast is very good, and you can also order on request different food. The hotel is not in the town centre, you need a taxi and it takes a few minutes, but this is a very big plus as it is in a very quiet place, with the view of all the valley just in front

Tolle Aussicht aus der 5. Etage.
Es war alles sauber und das Zimmer groß.
Beim Frühstück gab es von allem etwas, da findet jeder was.
Etwas außerhalb von Sapa, was wir positiv fanden, da uns der Ort nicht besonders gefallen hat (die Aktivitäten dagegen schon).

Cons:

Der Pool könnte etwas ansprechender gestaltet werden und mehr Liegen wären auch toll.

Hôtel très agréable, chambre spacieuse, confortable et propre. Personnel accueillant. Très bon petit-déjeuner et emplacement idéal.
Calme et non bruyant.

Cons:

Tout était parfait, il faut juste prendre en compte qu'il n'est pas dans le centre de sapa.
Mais à 5 minutes à pied. Ce qui est très bien car cela permet d'être tout proche du centre sans toutes l'effervescence de la ville et le bruit

I loved the location, the views & the luxury of the room. I had dinner in the restaurant and there was such a great selection of food from traditional Vietnamese food, to Sapa specialities to western food. Something to suit everyone! The staff were also so very friendly
