Pros:

Great location in the old town very close to everything yet very quiet, lovely ladies on reception answering our questions. Good breakfast.

Cons:

Not a biggie but a few things in the bathroom were needing to be repaired, soap dispenser, toilet seat, shower door. Didn’t detract from overall pleasant stay.

Super Lage direkt in der Altstadt
Pros:

Tolle Lage direkt in der Altstadt. Wir hatten ein großes Zimmer. Es gab ein gutes Frühstück. Das Personal war super nett und hilfsbereit.

Loved it and loved the city
Pros:

The location was amazing, i loved that the parking is next to the hotel.
The room was clean and spacious.the staff were really nice and helpful.
The bed and pillows were so comfortable.

Cons:

There is no elevator, so from my opinion at least they should have someone to help with the bags. And that they dont have a mini fridge in the room.

Excellent place to stay right in the heart of Bascarsija!
Pros:

This was our second stay at this hotel, and once again it exceeded all of our expectations. Everything was exceptional - from the spotless, well-maintained facilities to the warm and welcoming atmosphere.

The hotel’s unique architecture and design beautifully reflect Bosnia’s rich history, culture, and heritage.

The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and accommodating. Their genuine hospitality made us feel at home from the moment we arrived.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning again. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a beautiful, authentic Bosnian experience with outstanding service.

What a fabulous find!
Located in the old town this is a real gem: small hotel, great, simple facilities, immaculately clean and such a warm friendly welcome. Amalia was ultra helpful and so informative about the city and its history.
