La ubicación y la amabilidad del personal
This was a good choice of hotel in the centre of the old town.
The room was comfortable and clean with good amenities.
The only downside was there was not much room in the bathroom especially the toilet placement which was very uncomfortable. But it was clean and the cleaners do a good job.
Amela greeted me on check in and gave a very warm welcome with lots of advice about things to see in Sarajevo and places to eat.
Edina also helped me with several things for my room. Thank you to the staff here who are excellent and do their best to make you feel welcome.
The view from the room was on to a building site.
The staff were lovely and if you want to be in the old part then it’s great but next time I would definitely stay on the other side of the river
The room was not the room that we booked and that was in the pictures. We booked a superior double. This was definitely not that. We had building works going on outside and a view of rubble
Lovely stay in a perfect location
A lovely little hotel with a very friendly and helpful receptionist. The room is not large, but it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. There is no elevator, so keep that in mind if you have heavy luggage. The refrigerator is located downstairs in the kitchen.
The location is simply perfect — very convenient for exploring the city and getting around. Overall, a pleasant and cozy place to stay.

L'hôtel est très bien situé en plein centre ville historique de Sarajevo. Malgré cela, il n'y avait pas de bruit la nuit pour dormir. Ma chambre était très propre, le petit déjeuner complet, le personnel sympathique.
