Враження чудові, вже не перший раз тут зупиняюсь і планую надалі зупинятися

Дали два ключи від номеру, один із яких не працював. Не зрозуміло навіщо, бо я заселилась одна. Але вийшло так, що повертаючись зі СПА в халаті зʼясувалося, що в мене був один із тих ключів, що не працював. А так в цілому все добре

В готелі, який позиціонує себе 5-ти зірковим не має бути таких непорозумінь
Pros:

Чистий номер, наявність парковки, ввічливий персонал

Cons:

Номер, який був заброньований, як суперіор, по факту виявися як звичайний стандартний номер. Персонал пояснив, що це неспівпадіння опису в booking, але це якось дивно. Також, ввечері під номером був дуже дивний звук, який заважав спати. Після дзвінку на рецепцію, вони наче розібралися і о 22:00 звук прибрали. Ще в номері був не дуже гарний напір води в душовій кабінці.

Приємний готель, але ціна завищена.
Pros:

Гарні сніданки, але при такій ціні вони могли би входити у вартість, також дуже гучні заходи проходили поряд з рестораном.
В номері чисто, якісна косметика і є необхідне.

Cons:

Дуже заплутане розташування номерів, треба ходити як в лабіринті, у випадку тривоги, ви точно не доберетесь до укриття. За 2 дні, спа зону я так і не змогла знайти.
Готель приємний але це точно не 5 зірок.
