Comfort w dobrej cenie!
Pros:

Pokój komfortowy, przestronny z dużą łazienką. Czystość bez żadnych zastrzeżeń. Personel uprzejmy i pomocny. Śniadanie bardzo dobre, urozmaicone. Polecam!

Wygodne materace, bardzo dobre śniadanie, dobra lokalizacja.

Cons:

Po 1 nocy nad ranem powitało nas całkiem sporo mrówek na stoliku nocnym. Po zgłoszeniu tego do recepcji hotelu widać było że sami nie wiedzieli co zrobić i jak się zająć sprawą. Pierwsze pytanie jakie zadał pan na recepcji to czy się wymeldowujemy dziś. Po oznajmieniu mu, że dopiero zaczynamy swój pobyt Pan nie wyglądał na pocieszonego i sami musieliśmy zaproponować aby wymieniono nam pokój. Z tym też było sporo zamieszania bo potem rozmawiała z nami inna Pani i podała zupełnie inny numer pokoju niż pan przed nią. Nie usłyszeliśmy nawet przepraszam, a w nowym pokoju brakowało mikrofalówki, 1 dużego łóżka (zamiast 2 załączonych - bo tak wybraliśmy przy rezerwacji pokoju.) oraz 1 kompletu ręczników. Cała sytuacja była bardzo męcząca i chaotyczna. Widać było że słabo przekazywane są informacje wśród personelu na recepcji. Dało się lepiej zarządzić sytuacją i zadbać o komfort gości.
A dodam, że 2 lata temu również byliśmy w tym hotelu i wspominamy go bardzo pozytywnie. Personel recepcji był bardzo pomocny i zainteresowany gościem, śniadanie było pyszne i żadne inne problemy również nie miały miejsca.

Pros:

Das Zimmer und das Bad sind sehr großzügig geschnitten. Alles ist sehr sauber. Die kleine Küchenecke mit Kühlschrank hat uns angenehm überrascht.

Cons:

Die Fenster kann man nicht öffnen, nicht einmal ankippen. Das TV- Angebot ist auf polnische Sender beschränkt.
Es fehlt eine kleine Hängegarderobe für z.B. regennasse Jacken außerhalb des Schranks.
