Pros:

Os funcionário estão sempre disponíveis e com sorriso no rosto e a comida é maravilhosa.

Cons:

O vaso estava entupido e, quando desentupiram (foram necessárias duas intervenções), mesmo pedindo limpeza do banheiro após o serviço, não enviaram.

Pros:

A Praia em frente eh linda e com acesso seguro (atravessar a rua era organizado em seguranca), o bar de praia, os animadores, o cha da tarde, as refeicoes, academia com equipamentos novos….tudo muito bom mesmo!

Cons:

As toalhas para usar na praia ou piscina nem sempre estavam disponiveis (em diferentes momentos da manha)…esse planejamento deve ser melhorado

Pros:

As comidas são muito bem preparadas, com variedade e sabores. Os drinks são muito bons, mesmo não tendo o de melancia, o cardápio de drinks é bem diverso.
O ponto alto é a gentileza do atendimento de todos no hotel!
