Flawless!
Pros:

The area, the cleanliness, the outlay of the flat, communication 100%. Would definitely recommend for anyone visiting Liverpool.

Plenty of room in the kitchen/diner.

Beds are comfortable.

Cons:

Bathroom was a little small and was difficult with five of us staying.

No air con which made it uncomfortable due to the heatwave

Die Lage war toll. Viel Platz. Gut ausgerüstet. Gute Kommunikation mit der Verwaltung.

Cons:

Man muss eine Schadenkaution überweisen. Das steht nur im Kleingeschriebenen. Zuerst dachte ich, die seien gehackt worden bis ich bei Booking in den Kommentaren gelesen hatte, dass dies normal sei und dass das im Kleingedruckten steht. Beim ersten Versuch das Geld zu überweisen, hat es nicht funktioniert, obwohl alles richtig eingegeben wurde. Erst beim zweiten Mal hat es funktioniert. Da ich nicht in der UK lebe und mein Konto keine £-Währung hat, habe ich durch diese Transaktionen CHF 50 / € 54 / £ 46 verloren. Eine andere Zahlungsmethode wurde nicht akzeptiert.

Das Bett war für uns zu hart.

Die Dusche beim Doppelbettzimmer konnte nicht ganz geschlossen werden.

Fab stay! Ideal location
Pros:

Fantastic location for everything in Liverpool
9 of us stayed and there was lots of room
Apartment was clean and tidy
Hosts were quick to respond to any issues

Cons:

Only one bathroom in an apartment of that size holding so many guests was a bit of an issue.
Had several messages from the host about fake tan and make up stains on bedding and towels resulting in loss of deposit- as a group of girls this was obviously a concern so we brought our own towels with us.
The 4 flights of stairs to the apartment was our daily exercise x

Cosy getaway for small group
Pros:

Nice a cool during the very hot weather, everything you needed for that short stay away from home, only short walk to centre , comfy beds and plenty of room to sit and entertain with our group of 8

Cons:

More of an observation rather than dislike.
Short of a couple of things , sharp kitchen knife, slip mat in bath , bedside lamps and little side tables in living room for cups/drinks etc but didn’t really spoil our time

Absolutely brilliant from start to finish!
Pros:

The location was brilliant and the process from booking to arrival to departure was so easy and so accomodating. The apartments are lovely and i think the value for money is brilliant.

Cons:

The only thing we discussed was the toilets not flushing properly which we did report and was supported really well with this.

Excellent stay in the city centre

It was a great location and an excellent apartment for a big group of girls for a Hen. The family who run it were very lovely and responsive. Great stay.

It was clean and could host a lot of guests.

Cons:

Just one bathroom (but we knew), not very good looking.

And then a GBP 300 deposit requested on top of booking.com insurance. It is in the conditions but a bit hidden. For European travelers, you lose another 20-30 euros in commission between the transfers. And I had to insist for them to give it back, while it should be given at check-out: but of course nobody comes to do the check out.
So in case there is a discrepancy on any potential damage, you are at their mercy. I don't like this type of setup at all.
