Pros:

室蘭駅から徒歩ですぐで、駅前のバス停も途中にあるので交通の便が良い。
スタッフがフロントもハウスキーピングもいい感じだったと思います。

Cons:

部屋は禁煙でしたが、エレベータや廊下に臭いが強くて、客室に空気清浄機もありましたがあまり効かなくて、その点で快適さが残念でした。
